The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cedar Hill
I live in a studio. The owners have tried to update the inside of apartments, but you can tell it was in a rush. Things don't line up together which leaves small holes under cabinetry and door frames. I have had a few cockroaches, but nothing terrible. (I have had a few in more expensive apartments too.) Management is nice. I haven't seen Maintenance, nor have they come into apartment unscheduled. The grounds are quiet and no noisy neighbors. I have lived in apartments this style before, so I knew what to expect. Overall I feel the apartment is fine.
Management is terrible, I've been waiting 3 months for my blinds to be changed and keep getting the run-around. I never see pest control, so you can expect to see those pesky giant roaches. It took till December for management to have the fall leaves taken care of, so clearly they don't care about the experience of the renter. The units are tiny for what you pay. They are terribly outdated and not well maintained at all. Windows aren't sealed properly, caulking in the bathroom wasn't done properly, cracks around the doors for bugs to get in, and their way of cleaning the fridge was painting it over. Also, some units don't even have a screen for the front door! The only plus to living here is the location, but let's face it there are better apartments near by.
Nice property, very quiet and well kept. LOCATION is excellant. Management always firendly and helpful. Very satisfied.
