Westover is a large neighborhood about seven miles west of Downtown Fayetteville. The neighborhood is also located directly south of Fort Bragg, one of the nation's largest military bases, so it’s a great option for military employees and families. This suburban neighborhood has multiple schools, parks, restaurants, and shopping plazas. Westover is also home to Cross Creek Mall, the city’s largest mall. Similar to many areas in North Carolina, Westwood has a low cost of living and is known for its affordability. There are several apartments, houses, condos, and townhomes available for rent that will fit a variety of budgets. There are even some residences that have nice views of Westover’s lakes. Although Westover is laden with amenities, residents appreciate having access to Interstate 295, Route 401, and All-American Freeway to reach other locales.

Quiet neighborhood, yes! And that’s it. Very limited space for storage. Small closets. Bugs bugs and more bugs especially during the summer. W/D hookups outside in the only storage closet. Very unprofessional staff. Trash doesn’t get picked up unless you call and complain. Did I say staffing was unprofessional?? Oh I did but I had to say it again. If you don’t use the portal to pay your rent (which you pay for) your rent will not be put in on time and they will try to evict you! Oh and they charge you to pay your rent as well through the portal. Small bathrooms. NO AMENITIES! NONE! Parking is for anyone. Designated parks are not honored. One guy has 6 cars and parks them in your space and will not move unless you threaten to call a tow truck. VERY SMALL KITCHENS AND AGAIN NO STORAGE SPACE. Some units don’t have drawers in kitchen to put your utensils. Some of the windows don’t open. Cheap flooring that will rip or tear. Horrible painting. Different spots have discoloration. I could go on and on…… Rent here if you want, guarantee you won’t renew your lease.
This is a great living community - the staff are very cooperative, the amenities are meaningful and well maintained! Love to be here.

Highly recommend this Apartment. I've had an incredible time living here. It has everything you could possibly need from an apartment building. The unparalleled views and great staff are the icing on the cake.

Lovely apartments and pleasant neighbors. The amenities are good, and any problems are always swiftly fixed. I feel safe. They have a fantastic mail room system and hold neighborhood events.
I have been living here just a little over a year and I can say that this is a great place to stay. Management is great and they know how to treat their clients. I would highly suggest this place to everyone!!!
