The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cedar Greene Apartments
I have lived in these apartments for 3 years. At first I must admit that everything was perfect. I was excited, cheap rent, nice place, very spacious, and a quiet neighborhood. What more could I ask for? Well the more was spiders, roaches, and giant water bugs. They have a very bad pest problem here. Every 3 months they make you take everything out of the cabinets for them to spray. Now they have a bed bug problem many of my neighbors have them so now we have to get our apartments treated. Also parking is another big problem. The lease states that each Apt has 2 designated parking spaces but I have trouble parking my one car. So beware.
