Milford Mill is a neighborhood stretching from Interstate 695 to Ridge Road, about 15 miles northwest of Baltimore. While the western section of town is made up of wooded areas and a sprawling golf course, the eastern section of town features tree-lined streets and residential areas. Well, they could have done better with the apartment. Still needs some work done to the apartment. The walls need to be repainted and the bathroom was not clean and I believe that they need to replace the counter in the bathroom. Since they moved me from one apartment it was not going to be ready by the move date was upsetting. And not being able to see the apartment beforehand. Can't them for that since I was desperate but it still should have been a little cleaner.

My experience has been great for the most part any problems that i have had has been addressed accordingly and also the living experience has been rough due to other residents leaving trash in the hallway or either the trashshut room

Living here has been good except for invasion of privacy by the maintenance staff. The cleaners stopped cleaning the stairs and hall way. Also Visitor's parking tag should be available.

My dish washer didn't have a basket for the silverware and it still had leftover food at the bottom of it, my stove still had dried up cooking grease on it, i found two roaches in my kitchen, and my patio area was left dirty with debris, the dryer still filter was filled with dusty lint. I am a very clean person, that's how i was raised, i wiped down my apartment and plan to take care of it as long as im here.
I haven't even moved in yet but I love the community that it's in. The pictures and virtual tour did not disappoint. Clean, quite, and reasonable pricing.

Enjoying the house , the only problem is the noise coming from above every other thing ok The house is beautiful no issues if any they’re always there to respond immediately

I have some fantastic neighbors and others not so fantastic or sanitary with their trash and the trash chute, garbage goes down the chute not near it or in front of it.... Other than that issue ,it's really been pleasant staying here...

Great job im very happy with the grounds they look great and maintenance department came right out to fix my issues including the hvac room in one day very happy that didn’t have go another night with the hvac door wide open they came the next day and secured the door.

I have been in this apartment for 4 years. They renovated downstairs apartment and I changed my apartment. In my new apartment, I started experiencing mold. I contacted the office. In few days, they told me they won't renew my lease.

We have not moved in yet but so far so good. Everyone have been so pleasant and helpful. My niece and I have had a not so great year so far and we are looking for a new start here.

Overall it’s about a 3/5. You get what you pay for… from the community, quality of the apartment, to management. Thin walls, had mice, towing company for the parking lot isn’t reliable, peeling tiles/flooring in bathrooms, plumbing isn’t the best, not are the appliances.. the list goes on. It’s doable and not the worst, but definitely not the best for long term. A plus is that the maintenance team is great and resolves issues relatively quick, it’s spacious & affordable, and it’s also in a good location accessibility wise.

So far so good. My first day I met the maintenance guys they were very respectful and helpful, management is very delightful and are very knowledgeable about things I needed answers too.

No mice issues. Pest control comes when asked. Love the amenities in the apartment. Noise level is minimum. Clean community. No issues to report

I love my new place it’s in a nice area …. Plenty of shops and eateries in the area and they are walking distance…. The apartment I live in is very nice and I just love the large windows

I’ve been at Cedar Gardens for over a year now and the experience has been pleasant. There were a few issues that were recurring such as water cut offs and stolen packages but as of lately I haven’t been experiencing them. Other than that my unit has held up nicely. Maintenance is fast and efficient and the office staff while not always available to answer the phone, is friendly and accommodating. They clean the hallways and maintain the building regularly. Neighborhood is nice and quiet but the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversations. Other than that, I love my apartment the experience has been better than I anticipated.

Everything is going great. Floors six and seven washer will be repaired soon. Maintenance should be around soon to make a few small repairs in my unit. I'm happy!

The area is quite but the building needs serious maintenance, probably more than what the property offers because they have to have a water leak somewhere. They have roaches and silver fish which come around due to moisture an it doesn’t matter if your home is spotless you will see them anyways coming from the vents along with the terrible mice problem. This place has the potential to be good though if they can get it together. Oh an parking sucks, you gotta try an find a free space or pay 20 dollars added to your rent that’s never the same for a space an they have more reserved spaces than they do people that reserve them so everyone ends up fight for a free spot or your just out of luck.

Awesome place to be, quiet and private you can hardly hear what the next door are doing. The rooms feel so quiet and comfortable. The elevators are a pain always messed up but there is always one functional in almost all the time.

The neighbors are friendly. Every time I used the gym, it was clean. Recently the hot water in my apartment wasn’t working and my roommate and I had to take cold showers. When we put in the request, the office kept us updated on when the problem would be fixed

Maintenance comes relatively soon. Move in was rocky but overall good. Love the den it makes it feel like you have an extra room and the two full bathrooms.
