Property Ratings at Cedar Garden Townhomes
I have been a resident at Cedar Garden Townhomes for many years. Within the past year or so we have had plenty of good changes. We have been able to enjoy where we live, even though we still have one maintenance guy, he does do a good job. Our manager for the property does her best at making sure we are taken care of. Personally I wouldn't want her job,lol, but I know that she works hard. Without a full staff like most places it takes time. I hear comments with my neighbors some good, some bad. Hey you can't make the most unhappy people happy. Everyone likes getting their way. No rodents either. I've seen the people come two times a month. At least I haven't seen any and this is year 8 for me. I thought about moving before but I see the progress, the traffic is still horrible on game days?? Thanks alot Jerry......
This place looks good from the outter surface but it has "MANY" issues. First, it has a rodent problem which is something NO ONE should have to deal with. The parking around this place is out of control especially when there is an event at the AT&T stadium which is often. During events, it is nearly "IMPOSSIBLE" to get to your home. ALL streets that lead to your home is blocked off and you are lead back to the freeway. ALL of these units are old and definitely not insulated properly. My electricity bill average $400 monthly! Management is NO WHERE NEAR PROFESSIONAL if and when you can catch her, be ware! The air conditions in nearly all of these units are old and constantly brake down. If you fail take this advice and decide to move into this place, I promise you will regret it! Dorothy
