Downtown Annapolis is home to hundreds of years of history and venerable architecture that gives the relatively small region tons of character. Home to the United States Naval Academy, this imminently walkable downtown district is home to buzzing bars, seafood restaurants, amazing boutiques, and more. Main Street is where you’ll find most of the shops and restaurants, as well as most of the tourists enjoying the view of the water and entertainment options. There’s a variety of rentals to be found in Downtown Annapolis. Long-standing, historic homes near Main Street and more modern apartment rentals on the west side mean there’s something for everyone here. State Route 450 turns into West Street, making it easy to come and go from this charming district for both visitors and residents alike.

Property Ratings at Cathedral Place
This place was home for me for about 3 years and wouldn’t change a thing! I rented Apt. C until I could buy my own house and you will enjoy the plenty of space that you don’t see often in the historic district, including a loft space for a nice office. Everything is walkable distance with Main Street only being 800 feet away! There is a car space available as well which saved me the hassle of finding a parking spot (which are hard to come by downtown). The staff and landlord are very approachable and helped me out when something came up at the apartment and got it fixed in a timely manner.

I lived here for two years and it is the perfect location. Steps away from a public dock with amazing views and downtown Annapolis. The apartment was spacious and well maintained. The management company is amazing and very responsive. I would recommend anyone to rent this space. I lived in Apartment B.

Dear M & G, Thank You for your review and for being such terrific tenants with since 2018! Cheers! Moffat Properties LLC
My boyfriend and I have greatly enjoyed living here for the past year! The apartment is very spacious and in a great location -- easy walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, little parks on the water, and St. John's College. The property company is very straightforward and easy to work with. We especially appreciate that the property manager helped us facilitate the adoption of our two kittens! He also comes by a few times a year with a professional to make sure the heating and cooling system is functioning well, to keep energy costs low. Overall this is a great apartment right in the heart of downtown Annapolis, and we would recommend it to anyone looking to move to the area!

Dear Ms. I. & Mr. M., Thanks very much for your kind words and also (of course) for choosing Cathedral Place as your home for the past year! It's been a pleasure having you with us. We wish you both every success as you begin this "next chapter" with your move to Charlottesville :-) Please don't hesitate to ask if we may be of any assistance with your upcoming move. In the meantime, All the Best! from Moffat Properties LLC
My boyfriend and I are moving due to work, otherwise we would stay in this apartment forever. This place is HUGE for a downtown apartment. The bedroom is big enough to fit a bed, couch, dresser and wardrobe and you will still have room for activities. Big living room, full dining room, fully equip kitchen with a dishwasher, a breakfast nook and an in unit, full size washer dryer. The best part about this place is the endless sunshine that you get all year around! In addition to a great apartment you also get super attentive landlords, who fix issues in record time! And unlike other rental companies you have the opportunity to LESSEN your rent for each year you stay (without having to commit up front). We hope that you love living in this apartment as much as we have!
