The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Catalpa East
I like that it's quiet here; the Catalpa parking lot and buildings could use some work. I've lived here for 6 years now, and Maintenance has addressed my issues fairly quickly, but they could do better on the actual work itself because they always half-finish something. I have smelled a really bad odor in my hallway by the laundry room since I've moved in here. I'm very certain it could be mold and that it is under the building, and i just wanted this to be addressed.
Overall, Catalpa is a good place to live, but it could use better maintenance. It's very quiet here and the grounds are well-maintained but the parking lot lines need redone.
This is a great place to live. Everyone keeps to themselves, and it's very quiet here besides the train. the only problem I've ever had living here is getting someone to answer the phone in the office, and I've lived here for over a year now. Maintenance has been great; they are just a little slow getting here to the property, but when they are working on my work order, they do a great job.
I have lived here for 5 years, and this is a wonderful place to live. easy to get along with people here, maintenance is not horrible but could be improved, Grounds are well maintained.
I like this apartment complex, and the neighbors are great. I've lived here since 2019, and it's quiet here. There are lots of kids for my kids to play with, and the commute to my job is great, too. The parking lot could be redone and upkept better.
