Located less than an hour south of Houston, Clute is a thriving city located just off the Gulf Coast. This park-like city provides plenty of recreation as well as a peaceful atmosphere to settle down. Head to Mammoth Lake for 55 acres of water that allow for a unique diving experience, since the lake is filled with several interesting artifacts to enjoy. Interesting artifacts are a defining feature of Clute, as two mammoth fossils were found here. Head to the Center for the Arts and Science, home to the Brazosport Art League, the Brazosport Museum of Natural Science, the Brazosport BASF Planetarium, and Brazosport Center Stages, to learn more about the creatures that used to roam around the Gulf Coast. The Center also features the most extensive collection of seashells in the south, art exhibits, plays, musicals, and a planetarium. The other parts of Clute are residential and hold plenty of rental options.

1. maintenance personal is always pretty quick to respond to issues. 2. lawn guys stay on top of landscaping. 3. very friendly manager and approachable. 4. mostly quiet complex, no real issues. 5. rent is affordable. all in all i give this place a solid 4.
paid $558 collectively and they ignored me to the point that i had to pay $320 for an extension on time, then was ignored and dodged until i wrote a bad review, where i was coerced to delete it without compensation, then about 2 weeks past when i should have been moved in they said i was rejected and approved my mothers application after she tried to cancel, and claimed to have sent me a $150 return check that was never delivered. they made us waste $320 and robbed us of $558 and we got nothing to show for it. Maybe to them momey comes easy but thats 2 weeks hard earned pay right there that they took from us and refuse to return.
I moved here in June and haven’t had a bad experience yet !!!! The manager is a awesome young lady and they gave me a chance when nobody else would and I would forever appreciate that !!!! I love calling this place my home ??

It's a nice place to live at. And it's peaceful at night. We have laundry mat with washer dryer and swimming pool always kept clean

I’ve lived here for 6 years. Never had a problem. Management is awesome. Maintenance is great and right on top of any issue we’ve had. It’s nice quiet and the neighbors are very friendly.
Very peaceful place to call home. If in need of bus, there is a community bus stop nearby to get me around the county. Pool is always clean and maintenance is always available if my ac breaks down or anything else needs attention. I have lived here 12 years and we have never flooded here in hurricane or with major storms and vary rarely have power outages. Great area overall!
The apartment are better living maintenance is great and so is the mangement is great good place to live it's very peaceful here with a nice swimming pool
I've been living here for the past 5 years and i love it. The location is great, your just a 5 minutes away from schools, restaurants, shopping centers, and grocery stores. The manager and maintenance is on site so things get done when requested. Great place to stay, especially for contractors. Just a few minutes away from the plants.
Call picked up hung up maybe they don't need my business maybe you'll have a different experience
I live in a friendly kid safe property that has a very nice pool and covered parking .the location is great you are surrounded by schools very convenient the maintenance is very punctual they will return your calls and take care of the problem at a precise time pet friendly as well couldnt ask for better managment over all a really great place to live
