My partner and I had chose a different apartment complex, but due to their lack of communication, we decided to look elsewhere. We were on a time crunch, but thankfully CastleRock is open during the weekends so we were able to get a tour without an appointment. We fell in love with how clean and quiet the area was. The person who guided us was also knowledgeable and we didn't leave with any questions. The application process was easy and straightforward, and signing the leasing was a smooth process as well. I think my only complaint is that there isn't enough of open areas for parking.
The community is extremely clean, friendly, and there is a clear investment in quality. Issues are quickly and professionally addressed. My move-in experience has been great thus far!

Excellent place to stay, you really do get what you pay for. Work orders are always completed in a timely fashion and the area is safe & clean.

Castlerock employees have been great to me. I'm proud to live in the community. Neighbors are great, employees go above and beyond to satisfy residents. If maintenance is ever needed they're quick to respond and get the job done. I'm very impressed with how maintenance responds and gets the job done quickly and professionally. I've always felt welcomed from day 1 and employees make me feel appreciated for choosing castlerock as my home. I'd definitely recommend castlerock to anyone looking for a great community to live in. It's one decision you won't regret.

I have lived here for 12 years and don't have any problem with the property. Maintenance is prompt. I just need the fly problem fixed because we are inhaling too much insecticide in the process of getting rid of them.
Castlerock has been a beautiful and peaceful place for my wife and I to call home for the last few years. It’s clean, safe and a wonderful community to be part of. I can’t Recommend it enough

I am new to Castlerock. Location is very convenient to all of my activity. The complex is very well kept/maintained. The inside of my apartment was impeccable. They are pet friendly which was important to me. I am very pleased.
Weve lived in our apartment for about a week, so I may update my review later, but so far living at Castlerock has been lovely! The leasing staff/office staff are wonderful, we needed to get an apartment super last minute and they had us in a great place with a lease signed in a week. We had a few bumps when we moved in (missing refrigerator, leak in the bathroom) but the issues were resolved quickly and weve had no problems since. The grounds are lovely, its like walking into a hotel, and the distance from UCR is a dream. The apartments are updated and have a bunch of space and storage! Out of all the apartments we looked at this one is truly a hidden gem.
A great please to live. Only down side was when it came time to rewear my contract the new renters were getting to pay less then us and we asked for a deal because we didnt want to leave. Unfortunately you guys were not willing to help. That was our main concern and that is why we decided to leave otherwise we would of stay an other year. One suggestion is to help out the residents you already have and they might not leave like I did. Over all we really enjoy living here. Thank you for all your services.
Castlerock has made the move to California seamless and exciting. The complex and apartments are gorgeous, it feel as though I live at a resort. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating. A great experience so far!

Great experience so far. Ive been here a few weeks. I moved from Sacramento to Riverside without looking at the apartment before moving in. When I got here the apartment was upgraded with all new appliances. The application process was easy and it was a seamless transition with the help of the leasing agents. It was a good experience!

The moment I walked into the leasing office, I was blown away. The office is very welcoming in appearance as well as the office staff. Tina, Natasha & Robert are extrenely friendly and answer all questions thourghly. The three of them made the moving process so swift and easy. I was even able to get into my apartment a few days early. I am selling my house and needed to be out a certain week. Natasha and Robert helped make the early move possible. I knew CastleRock was the pkace for me suring the model apartment tour. Everything was perfect for my needs. I can not gush any more about how much I love my new home.
We've lived here for a couple of years now and like it a lot. It's a bit on the expensive side, but of all the apartments in the area, we thought this one was (and is) the nicest. The apartment itself is nice, especially compared to some of the other apartments we looked at before moving in here. The complex itself is quiet, safe, clean, and well maintained and we felt it was worth the extra money. The neighborhood is nice as well and is walking/jogging friendly, even at night. We have found the office staff, especially Natasha, to be friendly, attentive, and helpful. We have only had relatively minor maintenance issues and they have always been addressed quickly. They didn't seem to have any issues replacing our dryer with a new one when we had an issue with it. We don't have pets, but it seems like a lot of residents have dogs here. We have never had any issues with people not picking up after their pets like some other reviews have stated. We use the barbeque and pool areas in the summer, the grills are well maintained and work well and the pool is always clean. There is a security patrol at night that drives around and we have never had any security issues at all. The only continuing issue we have had is getting the mailman (U.S. Postal Service) to deliver packages, he/she doesn't even attempt to deliver them, just leaves us a notice telling us to pick it up at the post office which is annoying. This isn't a problem with FedEx or UPS as they just deliver to the package room, which is open 24 hours, which is really convenient. But, overall we are happy living here and plan to renew our lease.
