Casitas Casa Real Apartments

Living at Casitas apartments was a great experience. Me and my girlfriend loved the apartment and the sense of community in the area. The property managers were awesome as well. Would recommend. 9 out of 10 stars!

The front office property staff are very professional, friendly and always available to help us tenants out. There is even a 24/7 cell phone number that we can use for emergency repairs and or if we get locked out of our apartment accidentally. The maintenance team handle the maintenance requests quickly and do a very good job at fixing whatever the issue is. Lots of cameras around in this apartments, so security is tight and there is night time security robing the property. This is a good place to live as it is close to a lot of stores and highways in my opinion.

I lived in one of the studios for over three years and never had any problems. Management is friendly and helpful. The neighbors were nice and my puppy loved seeing them and their puppies.

Management was great.. thoughtful, quick with response to any concerns and helpful everytime. I had a clean place while I lived there but got military orders and they processed me out quickly and easily and were trustworthy through the process.

I’d like to recommend this place! I lived here for a year until last month and I had nothing but a tranquile stay. The Management Team is very nice, kind, attentive and prompt to solving issues or emergencies. Close to everything! I loved it!

All the staff was great and attentive. Always picked up the phone or called back quickly. Maintenance requests were fulfilled on time and quickly. Near The Collection and other good food and grocery stores to go to as well. Would recommend to others who are moving to the Oxnard area

I absolutely loved this place for the time I was living there. Very very friendly and kind staff, always on point with any requests or questions you have. Maintenance is very quick when requested and gets the job done. Super quiet and peaceful complex to live in. Never had any issues during my stay and I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!!

I lived here for over 3 years & the management is a great team! Lucy & Oralia are very sweet and kind women always ready to help. Plus, it’s a great area because it’s close to the Esplanade shopping center. I enjoyed everyday I lived here.

I lived here for the last 3 years and I loved everyday of living here. The studio I was in was big enough to feel like a one bedroom. The staff was very friendly and constant improvements are always announced and makes a better living space. Close to restaurants and shopping centers

Lucy and Aurelia are very helpful and accommodating. They have made my tenancy experience great. Every time I request a service they response right away. The unit was updated and freshly painted when I moved in. I wouldn't have moved out if I didn't have to relocate to a new City.

I lived here for a little over a year. No complaints during my time there. Lucy and Oralia were great to deal with, from the first day of looking at the apartment to my move out day. Of course, every apartment has some issues (especially one as large as this complex) but whenever there was any issue, the management team was professional and courteous in getting the issue looked into or resolved. I will miss living in Oxnard and this apartment!

It is pretty. The plants make the place look lively. Also, management is great. I really appreciate Lucy and her assistant. If you have any issues, they will fix it immediately.

If I can upload photos of the number of violations this home complex have, noone would pay the amount of money they charge for rent. From the cockroaches to the lack of amenities, the dryers are constantly breaking down and the parking space is limited JUST TO THE CAR ON FILE, if you have a second car and try to park it in your own car lot you will get towed. Do not reccomend.

It’s been a great a experience living here in this property super clean and peaceful, I don’t have any complaint at all . Lucy and Oralia (management team ) are amazing ?? they help me from the beginning to the end, I’m definitely will be back to this property. it’s super close to everything very nice location .

Its quiet, well maintained, on site laundry, location is really good. The managment and staff are friendly and helpful, repairs are done very timely. They went above and beyond during Covid 19.
