Management is kind ,friendly any repairs are made in a timely manner. Building is maintained on a daily basis location is excellent close to train,busses & freeways. Centrally located downtown Los Angeles secured parking close by. Quiet. I am a long term tenant and highly recommend this building. ?????
The landlord & management here are truly amazing. The respect, communication and professionalism they provide tenants is incomparable. Almost 5 years at this location, and I have always felt as though both I and my apartment unit are important. I am truly grateful for the home & support they have provided me.
I have been here for over five years and love it here. The service is great. I highly recommend it.
