College East is, as the name implies, located on the east side of San Diego State University. This popular neighborhood not only provides fast access to SDSU, but also to nearby Lake Murray, which is to the northeast of College East. Students can either walk to class or take the trolley, which has a station at the Alvarado Medical Center.
While College East is very popular with students, the neighborhood has good schools and easy access to I-8, making it great for families and commuters. Downtown San Diego is only about eight miles southwest of College East, so residents can quickly enjoy the city’s amenities and attractions. El Cajon Boulevard, which extends along the south side of the neighborhood, is lined with shops and restaurants. Great location, Amenities floor plan
Complex is centrally located, right off the I8. 1/2 block from trolley, next stop is SDSU. Large open floor plan with 3 bedrooms upstairs including master with private bath. Complex has large pool, spa, community BBQ area, laundry facilities, basketball court and community meeting room. Couldn't ask for more.

The pool
The pool and jacuzzi is always dirty its disgusting, everytime I wanna go to the pool on a hot day I can't because it's cloudy and filthy. Someone needs to handle that especially on summer days

great for SDSU students
trolley stop 1 block away. sdsu 1 trolley stop away. great location. 2 bedroom condos are about 1200 sq. ft. huge master with own bath. pool, his and her saunas and showers, bbq area and hot tub.
