Management issues

When I have a concern and I feel it isn't being addressed, I tend to ask for a supervisor. This company will refuse for you to speak to a manager, If I could upload pictures I would show screenshots of them telling me that a manager is not going to call you back and if you keep asking then we are going to put you at the bottom of the list. This is by far the worst management company I have ever dealt with.

Worst apartment management

This management does not care about your well being, im getting harassed by HOA guy and they won't even have a manager call me back to discuss what I can do. Instead they say I have to pay whatever fine that is rendered to me even if I didn't do it.
