Marijuana Smoke

I am the resident of Casa Arabella. The property declares that it is 100% smoke free building. However, some residents smoke in their apartment. Property manager is informed about the smoking in the apartment , but no changes occur. The building has very good exhaust fans in each apartment , and the fan lines are connected from apartment to apartment. That 's the way the smoke leaks from apartment to another apartment.
