Overall, it is fine. Community is well-kept. Maintenance is taken in a reasonable time. Some of the units are being refreshed. I don't understand - why is Valet trash mandatory?

We’ve loved living here. Some things could definitely use an upgrade (the playground, our kitchen etc)but it’s been a great experience here. We haven’t had any major issues.

The apartment complex 24 hour gym access, washer and dryer in every unit, netted patios allows for ample time for self care. The sunset view from 3rd floor is remarkable. I can only imagine how beautiful the sunrise is. Come make this place your community.

There was a shooting outside of our building on Christmas eve. The staff didn't address it at all with the community. The did however send out a notice about kids playing with nerf guns at the playground months later.

It’s a quiet complex and everyone on staff is so kind and helpful. From the leasing office to the maintenance team. The apartments are old but they do what they can to maintain them. We’ve loved living here.
Its a nice neighborhood and the price is decent for Cary. Apartments are not upkept well though and maintenance leaves much to be desired. Fine for now

It's been smooth and pleasant to live in the apartment complex. my pet and I enjoy what the complex has to offer, and parking isn't horrible. We also have construction going on in our apartment complex and they have been working reasonable hours and conscious of the residents.

Very accommodating and nice. Unfortunately was told multiple different costs incorrectly. Staff seemed to be nice and eager to sign you but once they get their commission, they no longer respond to you. Space is nice. The apartment entrance hallways appear dark. Huge patio, the main reason we signed. Neighborhood is quiet but walls/floors/ceilings are thin. I can hear every bit of the commotion whether it’s tenants going up the stairs or my neighbor upstairs walking around. As to be expected but I can hear full conversations as well. Wish there was more greenery. Amenities are just a pool, gym, and a club house you can rent.

The location is ideal. Neighborhood was quiet when I moved in but no longer the same. The thing I most appreciate is the efficiency and timely manner in which the maintenance team resolve any issues in the apartment.

Great place to stay! It's in a nice location, quiet neighborhood, you fill face issues with water bugs in the summer, that's the only qualm. The layout of the apartment could've been better, there's lot of balcony space which we don't use, would've loved a bigger living room, but that's just personal preference.

Comfortable place to live. Beautiful picturesque place. Cozy apartments. Friendly neighbors. There are parking spaces, a playground, a place to walk pets. Convenient location of mailboxes. Friendly and always friendly managers. A well-developed notification system: sending letters to the post office, warning about various situations. Before snowfall, workers always sprinkle salt. Recently, all the lights in our house were replaced with energy-saving ones. Garbage is always taken out clearly and on schedule. Pleasant friendly meetings are held in the office. The office also has computers and a printer where you can print out the necessary documents. On the territory there is a swimming pool, a gym, many trees, bushes, which makes this place of residence very pleasant and attractive. I recommend this place to my friends for living, because I really like it here, it is very comfortable. I am considering this place for living in the future, when this lease expires.

A nice community. I feel very safe here and it’s in a great area of town. The building exteriors are good looking and I like walking around the neighborhood. The actual apartment amenities and appliances are lacking though. I do wish the complex would upgrade them periodically instead of just waiting for things to break to replace them.

We have been here for more than 2 years and we definitely like the community and apartment layout. Just that the rent is increasing too much everywhere. Only problem we have here, sometimes at night whenever we go to washroom it's too smoky ( too dense to even breathe) even the washer& dryer area. This winter also it again started. Seems like someone is smoking inside their apartment and the smoke is spreading out through the vent.

There’s a lot of love about this community, I think my apartment is great, maintenance has been good, I haven’t had any problems with cockroaches or bugs, and some of the overall amenities are great like the pool, the clubhouse, dog parks. The location is great as well, I love being so close to a grocery store and Bond Park. I haven’t been happy with a few things, especially the decision to get rid of all recycling except for cardboard with switching recycling companies, and the fact that they are constantly coming into our apartments for inspections and energy initiatives and whatever else, especially when they can’t provide appointment times. I work from home and a few times they have come when I’m on a call, and I make sure I’m home when they are said to come because of my pet but also because things have been stolen. The package room is also usually a mess, but that’s more a reflection on the other residents. I overall enjoy living here, but there are just a couple changes.

Only thing I don't like is that maintenance gives you a broad date instead of a spefic time and date for my apartment. Other than that its quiet and friendly.

Not likely to renew considering the mold issue. Although, the mold has been an issue since the previous tenant, maintenance does not feel the need for a professional mold inspection. I guess all the health issues me and my family have experienced are not a concern for them. They don't care about the residents. They care about occupancy and rent being paid, which I have not been late paying. It's sad when the bottom dollar means more.

We really like living in Cary Greens at Preston. It is a very good area to live. There are banks, shops, pharmacies nearby. The community has very friendly staff. If there are any problems, they can always be resolved promptly. Service requests are resolved quickly and professionally. It is great for those who do not want to waste time getting tired of any problems. There are families with children of different ages and a playground where they can play and have fun. The community is also positive about residents with pets. There are many stations for pets and a large area for them.

This is a wonderful community with a truly caring staff. The neighbors so far have been very nice. It's a beautiful place to call home!
It’s peaceful and I enjoy the nature around it. I love the fact that have some of my stores close by and that I can go there just with a small walk
I have been very happy since moving to this complex earlier this year. Highly recommend it. No broken links here. From office staff to maintenance. Everything flows. Apartments are really nice too!

We've lived here for 2 months now and have had a very positive experience. The staff are kind and friendly and the maintenance team is prompt and courteous every time they come to our home.
