Located about five miles west of the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Adventure Island, and University Mall, the charming Carrollwood neighborhood is convenient to everything Tampa has to offer, but slightly removed to be a peaceful escape at the end of the day. A portion of Lake Carroll extends into the neighborhood on its west side, providing beautiful views for those selecting rentals near the lake. Dale Mabry Highway, which forms the neighborhood's western border, provides ample shops and restaurants for residents.
Carrollwood is convenient for commuters, situated about nine miles northwest of downtown Tampa and less than 10 miles northeast of Tampa International Airport. Love my water view in the morning on my patio. For the price it has everything i want. Location is great. Kinda hidden but can get anywhere in short time. New managers have been putting in work to improve this site. Overall one of the better apartments i have had in Tampa.
This is the perfect place to call home. The staff and maintenance are very helpful and professional.The fitness room has some nice equipment and is open 24/7. There's a nice size pool, tennis court and a racquetball court as well. Right in the middle of the complex you have a nice size body of water. The common areas are well maintained as well. The location is great. It's close to many restaurants,stores, movie theater,zoo,amusement park and not too far from the beach.
Didn't get a chance to visit before moving from Maryland but the leasing office was extremely helpful. The apartment was clean at move in and the grounds are gorgeous. Pool and fitness center is a bit small but maintained well. Some appliances are a bit old but maintenance has been great so far. Good location.
I just visited these apartments and they are great. The community was nice and everything was beautifully landscaped. The office staff members were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have a friend living here who recommended these apartments to me. It's always so quiet when I visit and her maintenance issues are always completed right away. I hope to be moving in soon..wonderful property!

I found carrollwood Station to be a hidden Jewel. I got exceptional quality at a great value.
The property is very well kept and the staff is so welcoming! I've enjoyed my experience here! The apartments have been maintained well and the maintenance crew is always ready to assist if anything arises! My favorite feature is the pet washing center!! So awesome!
Quiet, beautiful setting, friendly office staff, nice layout of complex (most facing lake - away from parking area). Great community center. The staff members are always looking after the residents. I really enjoyed my time here, and would love to return if I moved back to Tampa area.
