Do not move here?? Rent constantly increases by $40 each year. Very overpriced for outdated appliances, thin walls, loud neighbors, maintenance walks inside house whenever, trash all over parking lot, constantly seeing spiders and roaches, pool and gym never open, and parking lot lines need to be repainted! Plus I came outside to my tires slashed! Neighbors playing loud rap music from cars early mornings. The lack of respect and decency management has for residents is Disgraceful.

I have lived here over a year now due to my lease. Management is Awful the office changes policies without notice. There maintained crew is a joke. and if you have pets be prepared to have your apartment walked thru at least once a month for "neighbor complaints". The office management is awful save yourself the trouble and choose somewhere else to live.
I was not please with the unit I was giving, I was told it would have stainless steal appliances and it didn't have them, pulled up music blasting loud from two unit, I felt like I was in a smoke fest, wasn't please at all this was not the unit I looked at when I came out on the 19 January. I was 10 minutes from changing my mine about renting there, I'm hoping I didn't make a mistake living out here for the price they're asking. There are a few things could have been better like the cleanliness of the stove, rust in one of the sink, space between door panel need to be repaired, keys hard to open the door, water leaking around the sprinkler in the kitchen, hood over stove is bent, black foot prints on top of the dryer, I took plenty of pictures. faucet knob in master bath room cracked, to much space between stove and counter top, cabinet door doesn't closed all the way, something was left on the floor in the kitchen once you open the re-fridge. I hope this is not how this company does business. I called the manager about the appliances not being stainless steel she talking about it would be 50 dollars more, really when I wasn't told that look like there trying to get more then the unit is worth. Be about your business when showing a unit and was told one thing and a price stick to it.. I would not refer anyone to live there.
I have lived in my apt for a little over 2 months and I think this place is great! Whenever I have needed maintenance they have come immediately, the neighborhood is great and my neighbors in this building appear to be very nice! The only complaints I have are that the office staff doesn't always follow through with things when they tell you they will, and people take their dogs out to go potty and don't pick up after their pet :(
