Westover is a large neighborhood about seven miles west of Downtown Fayetteville. The neighborhood is also located directly south of Fort Bragg, one of the nation's largest military bases, so it’s a great option for military employees and families. This suburban neighborhood has multiple schools, parks, restaurants, and shopping plazas. Westover is also home to Cross Creek Mall, the city’s largest mall. Similar to many areas in North Carolina, Westwood has a low cost of living and is known for its affordability. Property Ratings at Carlson Bay Luxury Apartments
The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is the maintenance team helping me out within 24 hours. Other than that, my apartment smells like smoke despite me cleaning the walls, we've had lots of criminal incidents outside the building, and the rise of rent for a mediocre studio. Don't come unless you have to, which was my case.
The furthest thing from Luxury, very cheap and very dirty. Management is extremely rude and just a flat out disappointment, they care nothing about their residents..,
