Carib Villas Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. I know the complex used to have some bad reviews, but things have definitely improved. The property is under new management, and you can really see the difference, everything is much cleaner and better maintained. The property just got a new parking lot, elevator was just replaced, and we are looking forward for the new gate system. The maintenance staff is onsite and very responsive, which makes a big difference in an older property like this, and the management team is kind and professional. It’s also one of the more affordable places in the area. The community feels safe and friendly, and I’ve met some really nice neighbors. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone considering moving in.

Roach infested apartments, mold coming thru ceilings in bedrooms, living rooms, and even kitchen (maintenance says it’s dust), my bathroom ceiling literally fell apart, office staff is VERY rude. Too much money for old, outdated, and rundown apartments.

Don’t live here! The apartments are INFESTES with roaches, no matter how much you have pest control come. I had to keep everything in the fridge because of it. The actual building is always dirty and the cops are frequently there. Not the safest place to come home late to.

Apartment is roach infested & the management is very unprofessional the maintenance can’t fix anything & the peat control is fake more roaches come they blame residents for the maintenance problems when the building is old pay too much money for garbage apartments

I’ve been staying here for three years and honestly I love it. Soon as I call any situation get fixed the same day. No one bothers you. Very private and affordable. The security guard can become a hassle with visitors cars being parked overnight, however you can get a visitor parking pass from the leasing office. Very nice apartment.

I rented here from December 14 til next month December 15. The office employees are terrible. Leasing manager the short one ia very nosy. Trys to find out what your doing inaide your home. Have secruity guards keep tabs on you and jumps to conclusion. I always pay rent on time and i have no crimal history but they treat you as if.

the apartment is a nice size the only thing wrong is that they advertise a pool yes they do have one but its been three years and it has been closed and the advertise state of the art laundry facilities, what they should say is we have 2 washers and 2 dryers in a dirty room for you to wash clothes.

The pool is not working and the apartments are expensive for nothing. The club House is filled up for storage. The lighting in my apartment had electrical problem they never came in to fix it.

Roach infested, rat boxes outside every building. Elevators almost never work. Pool has been closed for over a year but the rent was raised. Loud kids everyday in the hallway. Maintenence will show up when they feel like it so don't bother calling. Windows in apartments either don't open or don't close. Just a dirty miserable place. Not even worth the money. Washers and dryers work when they want. Wish I never signed my lease here.

Carib Villas is an excellent community. The grounds, pool and amenities are beautiful. The buildings and gated community are beautiful. The apartments are very spacious and very beautiful. Carib Villas is everything I want in a living environment.

If your someone who is happy living under a rock, this place is perfect. The pool is always locked up all day and night cause people would use it for "other" things besides swimming. Kids throw rocks at your windows and doors. During the summer when kids are out of school, they have loud conversations outside your door. And who doesn't like music playing out loud all day from Whitney Huston/Michael Jackson to Celia Cruz/Mark Anthony. Lets open the window to get a cool breeze of the overflowing decaying garbage. Live here if your broke and have no other option, its not too bad if you keep to your self.

The office staff is a little short with potential residents. They have never actually returned my phone calls, however I was told that was not in any apartments policy to return calls. Their first priority is to handle residents and potentials residents that are physically present.

IN 2011 it was a nice place... Lately... terrible. Management does not care about tenants, elevators are out off service all the time, pool is dirty and most of the time close.

You couldn't pay the maintenance crew to fix an a/c and when they do it breaks again in a week. The leasing office can never keep track of your money so make sure to keep receipts. Outside the apartment there is always loud music at all hours of the night and the worst part is that you can't get hold of the office staff. If you have another choice do not choose Carib Villas
