Great place to live, quiet, clean and very friendly staff whos always willing to help.
Our apt. looks a bit luxurious after the building was fully repainted. The gray & white color is very nice. The surroundings looks clean & parking spaces are very spacious. Very safe & comfortable walking even on late evenings. Love the dogs but I hope the residents who have dogs must be considerate enough to take care of their dogs increments.
Ive been a resident at Captains Landing for almost 13 years so, I think that speaks volumes with nothing else being said.
This is a great apartment complex great staff and manintance crew with the covid it takes a little long to get the jobs done but we consider them Johnny on the spot and love the work they do sometimes we don't even realize they did the work. The office staff is really good with all the tenants and keeps everyone happy
Awesome staff with excellent response time and great work ethic. Handled any problems I had within a timely manner. Very respectable staff as well as friendly and comfortable to have in my home!
Captain's Landing Apartments was just the thing for me! Working with Matt was great. He was very accommodating and didn't mind explaining even the most random questions. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for anything of quality and affordable.
The apartment complex is quiet and clean. It's quite relaxed around here. Maintenance is a joke and it's kinda pricey for the quality of apartment but it's a place to lay your head.
Captains Landing has clean, well kept apartments with everything I need on-site along with a well kept grounds area so I feel good inside the apartment and out.
Gate hardly ever works, staff is nice but work orders never get completed. Air conditioning is sub par and pet deposits are outrageous. I am a property manager and we only charge $250.00 as a refundable deposit. A $500.00 deposit plus pet rent is absolutely ridiculous. Over all the apartment isnt bad but dont expect much help from the staff.
Captains Landing is a great place to live. It is conveniently located to everything you need on the island. Jeanne is great to work with and goes above and beyond to help residents every step of the way.
I love my lakeside view. I have a large spacious balcony, not found at many apartments today.
The office staff are very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered up front. Any concerns (which were very minor) were addressed in a quick and efficient manner. I cannot wait to use the gym and pool once COVID is managed. I also cannot wait to meet with the staff in-person in their office environment. Having not lived in an apartment in over 40 years, this apartment is more than I could hope for. Thank you Captain's Landing.

Easy move in ,quite neighborhood
We are very happy here and the office staff and maintain everyone is professional. Even with this pandemic everyone is managing to follow the rules keeping distance and short conversations
My experience at this apartment complex was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. Infested with roaches, I found one or two roaches in my apartment DAILY. Had someone come in to exterminate twice and still nothing happened. Extremely disgusting. The cabinets were rotting from inside out. The staff is absolutely unprofessional and will get your paperwork mixed up, doesn’t communicate well at all and does not seem to know how to do their job. If I could rate this place a negative number I would.
Very helpful staff, great maintenance response, nice landscaping. Well laid out units and windows in every room. Love the back patio on the units. great accommodations for my little dog and several very nice pools, club house, fitness center. A good value at a fair price. Walking distance to shopping and the beach.
