Our extra large townhouse style homes are 2 or 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths and a variety of single level flats, two story, or roomy split level floodplains. Most even have a private fenced yard! **Water/sewer is $150 for first person, and each additional person in the unit (no matter age) is an additional $10.
