The NY State Museum and the Albany Institute of History and Art are local landmarks, bringing locals the opportunity to soak in a collection of permanent and rotating exhibitions.

Sports fans always have something to keep them occupied, from ValleyCat baseball games at Bruno Stadium in the summer to Devils hockey matches in the winter.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Rent to high, not walkable..building manger never gets back to you..apartments always floods.. and out of 279 units there is only two grills so you have to fight to get there early to grill out
Located in the roughest area in Albany. Daily dumpster divers, unresponsive leasing managers. The smell of weed residue will always be present in your apartment building. No central air, no window blinds, and not a walkable area.
The worst place to live is here. They are money hungry wouldn’t fix anything flood’s a lot in your apartment. It’s just bad.
