Jester Point exudes elegance, from its palatial homes to its manicured lawns. This small gem of a neighborhood is located in the wooded hills of northeast Austin, about 11 miles from downtown. The residents-only Jester Club, located at the southernmost point of the neighborhood, has tennis and basketball courts, a playground, and a swimming pool.
Strictly residential, Jester Point doesn’t offer shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, but residents are only about four miles east of the Arboretum, an outdoor shopping mall featuring a variety of stores, including a Trader Joes, Sam’s Club, and Target, as well as many restaurants. Heading east along Highway 2222, residents can shop at H-E-B and Target.

Moved a little over a month ago. This is a very quiet and cozy place to live. The office staff are very professional and helpful. The people who live here are very nice and friendly. The common areas are clean and well kept. I love the design of the entire place inside and outside.

My original reasons for touring here were the grounds (beautiful) and garage excellent). There were several apartments available for my move-in date so I had a choice of locations. When I showed up on my move-in date with my movers and all of my belongings, I was told by the manager that they decided to change out my carpet and were going to begin shortly. WHAT?! Management told me my apartment had been cleaned. Maybe by Stevie Wonder! The place was very dirty and I had to start cleaning before I could unpack. Management had every excuse under the sun why had not been done properly. When I repeatedly complained, no one even came to take a look at what I was complaining about. I contacted corporate, who put me in touch with the regional manager. I’ve been here over a month and I’m still waiting for things to be cleaned. The previous tenant smoked in the apartment and had a cat or two (huge allergies) There’s still cat hair on the walls because this place was never painted. The windows had not been cleaned. The lint trap in the dryer was full of lint and cat hair, vents were filthy dirty with dust and cat hair. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. (I have 200 pictures of filth.) Reg mgr told me if I wanted to leave, I had 30 days to cancel my lease; however, the moving costs would be my nickel. (Another $1K!) Management did try to make things better, but in my opinion, the damage had already been done with a bad move in experience. If they had just admitted that the apartment had not been cleaned and not made excuses, things would’ve been very different.

Really beautiful community! Neighbors are great! Walls are thick and block out noise. Amenities are awesome. The bull creek trail is fun to explore. Rent price is a great deal.

I like the location. All of the tenants are quiet. The grounds are always clean, and the trash cans are kept clean. The view from my balconies are breath taking. Also. The apartment complex is well lit up. Most of all I feel safe. The maintenance staff is quick when it comes to completing work order tickets. The front office staff is very friendly.

Canyon Springs at Bull Creek has a unique and ingenious European design. Many of the trees were protected and saved, at the time of construction, and others were planted. The garages make a good use of space, under the buildings, and provide protection from theft. The creativity of the architects enhances the living experience. The extra patio has become a part of the special charm at Bull Creek.

I really like the tranquility, the nature of many trees is very perfect to relax and take a great walk, the apartments are very comfortable and do not worry about the external noises they are not heard at all

This apt. complex is in my estimation one of the better places to call home. The price for my apt. is far better than I expected for the size. I can call Uber and get picked up in less than 10 minutes, usually closer to 5. The grounds are well maintained and the kicker here is it backs up to Bull Creek Park. So it is sortlike living IN the park. If you have kids it's a great place to let them explore nature, wade in the creek, sunbath (it's an archaic term I know) or just get to know more about the area. If you venture on the paths outside of the complex, you will find paths and informational stations about the park. When I signed up, I didn't expect all these side benefits. Want to get out of town? Go through one of the gates - poof, you're in a park.LIzards, squirrels and birds abound.

Everyone I have met here has been very nice and helpful. I came here after a serious injury, and almost immediately anyone who saw some of my "struggles" here offered to help.The apt. for the price is quite large, easy to maintainand I have no problems getting things repaired in short order. I also like that I can reach Bull creek park with a short jaunt from where I live.

Excellent and courteous maintenance workers. I submitted my request for maintenance on Sunday evening and they arrived at my door by 10:30 AM Monday. They went out of their way to greet my old dog and make her feel comfortable. Canyon Springs takes care of their people. It’s a family and dog friendly community of people who look out for their neighbors. Most buildings have a group text chat, where you can alert your neighbor about them leaving their garage door open or a package that has been sitting at their door for a while. There is coffee, snacks, and dog treats in the front office every day. You are always only a one minute walk away from the Bull Creek Greenbelt and just a few more minutes away from a nature preserve. Management is professional and friendly, but stern when it comes to lease violations like an off leash dog or someone not cleaning up after their dog. I have an older special-needs dog. Canyon Springs has made every accommodation for her as well as enforced leash guidelines in order to keep her safe from dogs with owners that cannot control them. If you are just a college student looking to party this is probably not the place for you. Which should encourage everyone else that this might be the right place for them. Neighbors wave at each other, people walk their toddlers around, maybe a kid screams at the pool once in a while, but that’s what kids are supposed to do.

Really nice community. Only real gripe is that the outdoor areas of the complex (i.e. the courtyards and the stairs) don't seem to get cleaned/washed at all. As a result, the stairs/floor leading up from the garage in by building are all stained and there are cobwebs accumulating. Other than that, it's a lovely area and the amenities are good. Neighbors aren't ever loud. Would definitely recommend.

So far, so great. Friendly and helpful staff. Area is very quiet. Only complaints are fireplace will not heat the room and the bathroom lights vent are on the same switch.

Canyon Speings is spacious and cozy. Great neighbors who look after one another and make you feel welcomed and parr of a community. Maintenance and front office is AMAZING! Just love it! Everyone is friendly and it is very quiet here. Very rarely hear neighbors. Maintenance guys are very prompt and courteous and take good care of us!

The Canyon Springs complex has a unique charm: the layout of the buildings minimizes through traffic. The original trees have been preserved and more added. The floor plans are interesting designs.The tandem garage and extra patio are real perks of the 2 bedroom. The management has commitment to the community.

The trails around the unit are perfect for my dog, and the nice, quiet, BEAUTIFUL green space that the trails lead to is a dream come true. Parking is good as well.

Cayon Springs is a great community to live and play in. The office dose there best to up keep the property and do the best they can to keep everything working and on point.
