The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Canyon Ridge
Roach infested. No Onsite Security. Half the Lights don't work so good luck being able to see anything at night. Hardly ever is there a Washer/Dyer available since they only have 1 laundry room for all tenants and you get non-tenants doing laundry too, since they aren't locked. Not to mention the terrible response time and unprofessionalism from the leasing office. Would NOT recommend to anyone
This place is horrible. Avoid at all cost they are roach infested , the units are terrible. They are short staff. The tennis court is tore up. This property needs a whole new makeover.
They never answer the phone!!! I’m trying to contact them and I never have a response back I went to the apartments canyon crest to talk to the manager and she just ask me for my phone number and she told me she was going to call me so I can go see the apartments and she never call me back and my husband make one appointment and we went and no one show!!! I don’t know how the renters can live there with that manager!
My experience here did not start off well. Upon move in I was met with an infestation of roaches. They sold me on every thing in the apartment was new but they should have exterminated first prior to moving in. We already live in the valleys with all the animals and insects and snakes run free but there space is outside not inside and in my space. My time here has been uncomfortable and challenging that I couldn't wait until my lease was up. I also had neighbors that I didnt agree with their behaviors every night I smoked marijuana every night whether I wanted to or not. I was never ever to brearhe fresh air. I am ready to move to a better environment and better facility and live free with my own parking space.
Apartments have recently been updated with new floors, appliances and fresh paint. Nice pool and fitness areas with tennis court. Plenty of washer and dryers and takes credit cards (no more rolls of quarters!) pet friendly with lots of nice landscaping and good sized private patio areas. Plenty of parking. Only complaint is that some of the parking spaces are a bit on the small side.
