The building offers great amenities, including a gym, a swimming pool, and a rooftop terrace with stunning views. I particularly enjoyed using the gym, which had modern equipment. However, the pool area could get crowded on weekends, and the parking situation was occasionally challenging due to limited spaces.

Move in was fine, the room was quite a mess. They don’t have parking sensors for us and said they weren’t going to charge, but they did. Just like any other apartment complex.

So far it has been pretty good, the only thing I have to complain about is the view my apartment has, if I were to go back I would gladly pay a little more to have a nicer view, looking at a motel is not my ideal view.

Just moved here the end of June early July. It’s not a bad place. The area isn’t that great not the greatest part of downtown. The noise level is obnoxiously loud. I would not rate that many stars at all. Building has some issues that need to be addressed and some things that need to be updated. I believe that will get dealt with in time. The amenities aren’t too bad more could be added honestly the price for the special for move-in was worth the deal. It’s not too bad of a place to be live in. The nice thing about it is you have a key to get in and that’s the only way you can get in so the security is worth it and that’s a bonus I’d say I don’t agree with the parking garage to be an additional charge for residence I think it should be dismissed and I think resident should just be assigned to parking spots In any visitors for residence, just use that spot that they are signed to here You get a key to your room so you can lock up your space

I like it here and it’s worth it for the price. It’s a great location, the apartment layout is good, there is security on site, the outdoor area is nice, and there’s events held every once in awhile. they’re not luxury apartments, but no college student should need luxury apartments. Some noise problems and sketchy people, but it’s never been a major problem for me in the 1 year I’ve lived here. The price is unbeatable for a location in downtown Reno.

It's okay living here. I haven't had the best experience especially with the alarms that used to go off in the middle of the night, the homeless people issue, people destroying the game room and breaking gym equipment.

The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The amenities are also complete and in good condition. What I noticed is I didn't saw a security in the apartment for the past months, not likely last time that I can see them in the premises.
