The leasing office staff and maintenance are all nice. I like that there is a gym on premise. The courtyard is nice to use during the summer (I like to read a book and get some sun when I can).

modern apartments, quick maintenance, lively community i submitted a maintenance request with low priority and it was taken care of the next day. main desk has been very helpful with all questions and concerns.
Very friendly atmosphere and neighbors. Great staff .. comfortable place to be. Lovely extracurricular activities. Affordable and great location for downtown.
Management has been so much better recently, amenities are nice. I don't really have any complaints, but you do get what you pay for, location is great if you are a student.

The building offers great amenities, including a gym, a swimming pool, and a rooftop terrace with stunning views. I particularly enjoyed using the gym, which had modern equipment. However, the pool area could get crowded on weekends, and the parking situation was occasionally challenging due to limited spaces.

Move in was fine, the room was quite a mess. They don’t have parking sensors for us and said they weren’t going to charge, but they did. Just like any other apartment complex.

So far it has been pretty good, the only thing I have to complain about is the view my apartment has, if I were to go back I would gladly pay a little more to have a nicer view, looking at a motel is not my ideal view.

Just moved here the end of June early July. It’s not a bad place. The area isn’t that great not the greatest part of downtown. The noise level is obnoxiously loud. I would not rate that many stars at all. Building has some issues that need to be addressed and some things that need to be updated. I believe that will get dealt with in time. The amenities aren’t too bad more could be added honestly the price for the special for move-in was worth the deal. It’s not too bad of a place to be live in. The nice thing about it is you have a key to get in and that’s the only way you can get in so the security is worth it and that’s a bonus I’d say I don’t agree with the parking garage to be an additional charge for residence I think it should be dismissed and I think resident should just be assigned to parking spots In any visitors for residence, just use that spot that they are signed to here You get a key to your room so you can lock up your space

Everything is great. The staff are helpful and I love having nigh time security. I'm happy with what you get for the price when most apartments I'd have to start from nothing.

I like it here and it’s worth it for the price. It’s a great location, the apartment layout is good, there is security on site, the outdoor area is nice, and there’s events held every once in awhile. they’re not luxury apartments, but no college student should need luxury apartments. Some noise problems and sketchy people, but it’s never been a major problem for me in the 1 year I’ve lived here. The price is unbeatable for a location in downtown Reno.

very fun neighbors, kind staff, pretty views and pretty good amenities. good location and cheap. though could use fasterer maintenance!! i have a good time here

Management are nice individuals and the maintenance crew is the best! Its always a awesome experience interacting with them. Megan is a very thoughtful person I appreciate the whole staff

The people at the front desk are very helpful and quick when I talk to them. The room and apartment sizes are really good for student housing too.

The community is very welcoming. The people there are easy to get along with and the amenities are good. The recreational options are excelent and available at all times.

I haven’t moved in yet but so far the people at the leasing office are super nice especially Arah. If you need something done ask for her, she made everything happen pretty quick.

It's okay living here. I haven't had the best experience especially with the alarms that used to go off in the middle of the night, the homeless people issue, people destroying the game room and breaking gym equipment.

The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The amenities are also complete and in good condition. What I noticed is I didn't saw a security in the apartment for the past months, not likely last time that I can see them in the premises.

Have had a good experience with canyon flats besides the fire drills in the summer canyon flats is good by me !!! Would recommend for a student in school
No issues since living here other than some of the gym equipment being broken. It would be nice if those got fixed. Other than that i love living here
Good, maintenance requests may take a bit to get done. Laundry machines are in-apartment which is really convenient for student living, kitchen is nice but obviously electric stoves suck.
Its a very nice area to live in, the apartments are nice it has a good looking dinning area with decent size rooms. its fully refurbished and that is very convenient. the bathroom is awesome it has a lot of room and the shower is perfect.
Has had a rough time with security and cleaning. Currently under new management that seems to really aspire to bring the best out of the property. Hoping to have a brighter future moving forward.
It has nice apartments, and staff is friendly/ helpful. You can do many things here like cook outside and hangout in game rooms as well as study with friends
The apartment is now better than we started living here. There are already security that is roaming in the building for the safety of others. The actions are already fast when you report a problem in the apartment.
