Canvas is a great option to live in Morgantown. It has really well kept amenities and great rent compared to a lot of other places I’ve seen here. Staff is also very responsive and helpful- Mackenzie in the office is very sweet and helped with all our questions.

I took a beautiful tour of a Canvas Townhouse with Mackenzie and she explained all of the amenities that will be perfect for my child who will be attending WVU. It’s very close to grocery stores and only a 10 minutes drive from campus!

The staff is very kind and the place is very nice. Maintenence is kind of slow with repairs and staff may put stuff off if you address problems on the phone but deal with it quickly in person. I enjoy the scenery and it's a very nice neighborhood.

This was my first time living alone. I was so nervous at first but I felt much more comfortable after touring here. The office staff is so nice and I always feel safe. I was also able to make friends with my roommates even though I did not know them before. I was nervous but the roommate matching worked out great!

Loved here during the transition of management. Overall pretty good. Maintenance has a fast turn around on request. The front office is pretty responsive and haven’t had any issues communicating with the office. The only thing I wish they would do is take down the shuttle service on the webpage because there seems to not be a shuttle service.

Very spacious house for the money you pay for rent compared to smaller apartments. The new management is pretty easy to work with and are better communicating with their residents. There were some damages to the house, but overall, as long as you make it nice and clean, it is a great place to live.

Halfway decent place to live for the actual house itself except for the occasional mice and the fact that the city bus only comes through after 5pm and there are no shuttles here. There is a serious problem here with package theft. I have had 3+ packages stolen in the last 2 months and the office here could do absolutely nothing about it since they don’t have cameras anywhere around their mailboxes. Until they fix this problem I would not move in here.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please contact the office so we can address any issue you may be having in regards to pest control. In regards to your packages, since we do not track packages through our leasing office, please be sure to contact your carrier and let them know of your missing packages. While its not uncommon for things to become lost in the mail, 3 packages is concerning, and it should be impossible for someone to access your post box without a key.
