Property Ratings at Canterbury Crossing
The manager, who appointed herself to manage the leading side of her family’s business, is extremely unprofessional. Reviews on another rental site are eye-opening. The units are beautiful but outdated—tiny bathrooms, no closet space, and massive heaters sitting in the middle of bedroom closets. Applications are done on paper, and she picks whoever she deems the “best fit” rather than following application order, raising ethical concerns. This drags out the process to two weeks instead of 24–48 hours. I can’t imagine how many people pay for applications that are never even considered—she tells you it’s rented after you apply, after pushing you to apply. I’d consider this to be not just extremely unprofessional and against fair housing, but also fraudulent behavior.
