Mary took her time to show us the different styles of apts although we knew what we wanted she still gave us options. She was also a great help with helping fill out the application to make sure we had everything completed to make the process smooth .

This place is falsely marketed. It seems like nothing has been updated since the late 1990s. Everything is outdated, and our unit has an unpleasant smell reminiscent of urine. The shower is rusty, and there are stains everywhere. I am very disappointed and frustrated. I'm just hoping the year goes by quickly so I can leave. By the way, don’t believe the claims about appliances; all we have is an old stove and fridge. Instead of us unpacking and enjoying our “new clean apartment” we have spent the past two days cleaning after the old tenant. This apartment did not pretend to at least clean after their old tenant. There are hair on the floor everywhere. Don't even get me started on the toilet seat or the sink.

I've lived here several years, in my experience, overall staff is courteous and premises are great, maintenance is usually prompt and reliable, grounds are well kept including cleared/salted in winter. Neighbors are mostly quiet and friendly, neighborhood is pretty safe, good location to highways and transit, shopping, medical, food. There are occasional rough spots hence the 4 stars, but they seem to aim for improvement in the long run.

Very unsatisfied. I have been in multiple complexes before, and have never experienced this much unprofessionalism. There is a LARGE mice issue that is never fully handled so they are a lingering issue. I had experienced heater issues which led for a week straight (during a snowstorm), was given a space heater and never compensated on my bill. I also had a major parking issue, no designated spots for residents, mislead information by the director, Mo, which led to a towed car. I had to pay ALL fines, missed a day from work and again, never compensated. The staff is extremely unprofessional; they speak on others business and leak information that should be confidential. I would not recommend the headache or money wasted for how expensive the rent is.

Have lived here for 3 years. No complaints. Place is quiet and peaceful, neighbors are great. Staff is wonderful.

Have lived here for almost 2 years and I must say I have never had an issues. Leasing staff was kind, maintenance issues get taken care of ASAP. This was the last place I looked but wish I had looked here first. If you want an apt in North East Philadelphia, I recommend taking a look here!

It is a good area to live, the neighbors are very friendly, administration is quick with our doubts and resolves things quickly.

We have lived here since 2012. It has become our home and from year to year we've become more and more attached to living here. The maintenance crew is very professional they come quickly for emergencies should there be any. The management staff are extremely courteous and will always email back to respond to an issue even when the office is closed.The laundry facilities are right in your building some apartments have their own laundry facilities in their own apartment. They welcome dogs and have a dog play area which is really nice. We really don't want to live anywhere else. We really love it here and hope that we never have to move.

I have now been a resident for about two years and I love my apartment, everything was newly renovated and I haven’t had any issues, the small issues I did have their maintenance team took care of it right away.

It’s quiet,not overcrowded, layout is really nice , in a very quiet area, whenever I have an issue maintenance is really fast to come out , the front desk rep is very helpful and nice

Staff, including maintenance, are friendly and patient. They are very quick in responding and frxing issues.

I’ve been at the Canterbury Court apartments for almost a year now and I must say, it is a complete upgrade from what I came from and I plan on renewing my lease for the next few years. The property manager Taylor has always been helpful from the start with me. She responds so fast, you don’t get that everywhere so I am so grateful I found this place. Maintenance men are also very kind and attentive. I decided to go with the upgraded apartment, appliances are beautiful along with the bathroom. Spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Also, a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors as well. ??

The apartments are small for the prices but the staff is great, maintenance is timely and effective, I love the parking lot parking, the gym is dope, the neighborhood is great, and no weird apartment building smells in the hallways!

Friendly neighbors, fast acting maintenance, leasing office is always available, beautiful apartments and neighborhood. I love it here!

Enjoy the property and the neighborhood around.Location is very accessible to Septa, i95, and NJ Turnpike.I’m a truck driver so those are key things for me. Management was very prompt with getting me in a unit with only 2 weeks notice. The only reason I give a 4 star review is because I wish the had a pool and there is no dishwasher.

I lived there more than an year and I found it to be a very good place and all the stores are very near and very much accessible to public transport

I moved to Canterbury Court last year. I can honestly say this place is nice to live. The apartment manager is friendly and easy to talk to. When you have an issue the maintenance guys are right on it. It does lack some amenities, like a place for kids to play, or more/better BBQ areas. I love my neighbors! Never any drama with them and everyone is respectful of each other. Dont hesitate to check this place out.
