The management is responsive and reasonable. The outdoor areas are inviting and well-kept. I like living here! Just wish there were more outdoor garbage cans and all working amenities.

Cantergreen is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is in close proximity to Restaurants and shopping. It is in c lose proximity to the Train Station , to NYC

So far I love the vibe in the complex. Always very clean, staff is responsive. The apartment is spacious and the amenities are great!!! Parking is easy. The fitness center is one of the best I've seen

I've been living at Canter Green in Union for over 1 year. My experience has been good for the most part. Good news: Administrative management and maintenance personal are very cordial and helpful and follow up quickly with requests. The amenities are very good, They host several community events throughout the year. Not so good news: Neighbors although are friendly, are sometimes not considerate and are sometimes noisy and leave trash around the parking lot and facility.

I have lived at Canter Green since it opened. The entire facility is well taken care of. The staff is friendly and approachable for all matters. The building is clean and maintained well. I am happy to call Canter Green my home!

I don't wish to leave a reviwe without giving management the opportunity to correct some things. I really like it here, but these things have to be addressed.

Cantergreen has beautiful surroundings and Cantergreen is in a peaceful neighborhood. Cantergreen is in close proximity to Ewr international Airport. There are several Restaurants and stores nearby.

I love how when the neighbors host an event they’re welcoming to those who are not even apart of it, like myself. That always puts a smile on my face because seeing others be so kind to strangers in this day and age is so touching. I’m proud to say I live in a community where we can actually call ourselves one.

The facility has wonderful amenities but the charge to rent kitchen and other rooms, storage and a garage is too high since we are already paying $85 month for amenities and $25 for outdoor parking space.

Living at Canter Green has been wonderful. The upkeep of the property is great. The management team is very professional.

As soon as I walked in I knew I wanted to live here . Just the vibe , the people , the staff . Everything made the decision easy for me . They even offered me snacks at the end of the tour

The idea and amenities of Canter Green are great. But lack of in-unit privacy, uncontrolled lantern flies and scattered trash in the parking lot could be better addressed.

visited a friend of mine in Canter Green apartments in Union, NJ. I was extremely shocked from all the noises from above-around and inside his apartment, the filth at the trash rooms, the smell of marijuana in the common areas, and most importantly the incompetence and ignorance from the property manager (Rudy I believe his name is) to solve any of the issues for more than a year now, someone has to remind to this manager that his job is also to keep and talk to tenants with professionalism and grace and ensuring they are satisfied with their living conditions, by showing his favoritism or his personal feelings to some tenants he increases feelings of resentment and loss of respect, unacceptable workers and living conditions, 0 stars!

Beautiful breathtaking amenities, friendly staff. Large sprawling backseat complex. Very dog friendly :) just need a little playground outside for the kids! Love the hammocks, game room, the lighting. Beautiful place

Disrespectful neighbors, stomping, banging, slamming, dogs are barking, children are running above my head mostly during quiet times, noises from pipes and shaking windows from running trains and HVAC inside the apartment, amenities and parking are just a joke, you paying for it but there is not available parking and all amenities AND parking spots are usually occupied from guests and tenant's friends, smoking pot inside apartments and floors are always smelling.... rules and policies in this community are simply not compliant by all tenants, everyone does what they want!

The grounds are amazing the lobby is just breathtaking the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating very knowledgeable very kind and compassionate people they are very quick to respond to communication also the amenities here are unsurpassable cannot wait for the pool to open just the exercise room the game room the entertainment room the serenity room with the pink light Himalayan salt wall it's just incredible I love the bike rack room for storage that has bike tools and a bike pump like where else are you going to find this everybody in the community seems very friendly I love how friends leave they are to animals the dog park is fantastic we are very happy thus far as residents!!! We've had a few issues with male theft so far that's the only negative I can say and just a couple delays with maintenance.

Arrived for a scheduled tour after having difficulty finding the entrance of the building (a TINY driveway that is hard to see). I then called the leasing office and nobody answered. I enter and nobody is there then the fire alarms start going off. Between that and the lack of customer service, I can go elsewhere.

Everyone on staff is friendly and the entire community is relaxing and peaceful. Canter Green is like an oasis from life's stressors.

It's like living at a resort. Can't wait to experience the pool this Summer 2022

Careful with this place. If you choose not to move forward after you apply, just realize that nothing will be refunded no matter what they tell you or promise you.

A really stressful experience moving in, and every single amazon delivery is not coming due to them not updating the address properly on google maps. Security giving my visitors a hassle because they "still have expensive construction equipment" on premise means they might not be ready for tenants. But I'm still paying full price, and it's not cheap. A lot of other hiccups but I'm excusing them as much as possible

There building is located inches and I mean inches from a train track where trains run ever 5 minutes. There is no access to enter this apartment. Every one is packed in like sardines as there are houses and apartments inches from another. You will regret moving in.
