Living here in our Cantata-at the Trails community is a quiet and pleasant experience. The amenities have been upgraded and the pool area as well as the work out area are fantastic. My Wife and I have lived here well over several years now and we've been satisfied with our surroundings.

It has been a very peaceful experience at Cantata. I've entered the next Act in my life and it has been amazing. The renovations at the clubhouse and pool are superb. The pool especially! Now that it is summer time it has been a hit with my 10 year old son! Also, Janessa, the Assistant Manager is the best! She is so sweet and helped me with my lease in October. Moving here was the best choice for myself and kiddo!

I thoroughly enjoy living here due to the cleanliness, quietness, and friendliness of the management staff, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I have lived at Cantata for over 7 years. The maintenance and management have been great. The grounds are well kept and the only issues l’ve had (not many) were not caused by Cantata. For example, my check got lost in the mail (pay online now). My a/c went out recently. I submitted the ticket online and it was fixed the same day. I had to downsize and Cantata made it an easy and inexpensive process. If something comes up, Cantata has always been responsive. It’s a quiet location and you have your own 1 or 2 car garage. The units have plenty of space. If I have one complaint it would be that prices are going up, but that’s not specific to Cantata. I have been very satisfied with my stay.

The apartments are modem and appliances are most up to date. I recently did some touring of apartment communities that boasted being luxury apartments and the Cantata at the Trails lives up to that. I will miss living in this community. It’s maintained well and if I have a maintenance request, it is resolved within 24 hours.

Living here is nice. The complex is well kept. The manager is great. Maintenance good. I just hate that my rent goes up every time I renew my lease.
