Property Ratings at Canopy at Belfort Park
When I first moved here 3 years ago I loved this community and took pride in being able to brag about living here. The quality is bad now. It takes maintenance weeks to fix request, the pool is sometimes dirty and has been shut down multiple times this past summer, the lawn around the complex have not been maintenance (it looks like a jungle), sometimes the gate to the dumpster is open and trash is exposed, and the people who work in the office are not professional. The rent have increased tremendously, while the quality of the complex is going down. I cannot wait to move out. I’d rather pay more to stay in a nice complex than to renew my lease here.

When i started my process i was all over the place. She was informative, professional, polite, and had great hospitality skills. She was easy to talk to and saw that ll my needs were met. The staff as a whole is excellent and i truly enjoy this community.

I just moved here from out of state, which adds even more stress to moving, and I found the move in process to be quite easy. The staff is great, amenities are great, and the apartment is very nice. A one bedroom is more than enough room for two people. I can be quite picky sometimes, but I don't have any bad things to say about this place. The only thing that can be challenging is the parking...I don't they made enough space for the number of people who live here. But otherwise, everything has been awesome from the maintenance service to the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. I would recommend it to anyone.
Apartment is in a nice area of Jacksonville but for the price is not worth it. Units are very small and the upgrades are very cheap material. The grounds as of late have gotten worse with pet litter every where. Maintenance crew is nice but average. Lastly the new property management/ leasing office is very poor. They are extremely rude, disrespectful, and care very little about the individual. They are all about the money and do not reward tenants for there loyalty and for being good tenants. After never being late for a payment and keeping my unit in good shape they tried to up my rent $75 a month. Nonetheless I will not be re signing. If you are looking for a place in the area try just down the road: bigger units, better cost, and better management

Have lived here for about a year and I love it. The location is great, the rooms are spacious, have updated appliances, and the folks in charge are super friendly. It can be a bit pricey at times, but it's totally worth it.
