The best. Always on top of everything. Units are all clean, new and very spacious. Nicest people too.

Lived in a 3 bed 1.5 bath for almost 2 years with a full family, and great environment for a family! Staff and owners are beyond great, ensuring maintenance is taken care of promptly. They are very understanding and cooperative. Also perfect location to WVU stadium, grocery stores and gym! We were so sad to have to leave!

We had wonderful experience living in our 2bed 1.5 bath. The staff was super helpful. The unit was clean and well maintained. Backyard was regularly maintained. Overall, great experience!!!

I entered my apartment about a month ago and I haven’t slept one night. I have a neighbor above me with a dog that starts barking at 1 or 2 AM. Every night they open the balcony for the dog and s/he will be running out barking so loudly at people at very late night. It freaks me out and prevents from sleeping almost every night. I wrote a note to them and the management got pissed that anything such that they should deal with it themselves but I haven’t experienced any change since I spoke to the management, indeed it gets worse and worse. I just got in and my wife hasn’t even joined me and I already want to run away. I can’t wait for my lease to end, I won’t be renewing!! I like how the place looks and I like that the maintenance tries super hard to solve any issue asap plus the management so far are very nice people. However, people pay to rest. Nobody will be happy to be in a place to be freaked out every night at 2 AM.

Spacious and clean apartments. If anything breaks or needs fixed they are there that day or the next to fix it. I have been with campus view for a very long time now and I have to say they are the best landlords in town. I definitely recommend going with them.

I have lived in one of their 2 bed/2 bath apartments for almost a year and absolutely love it. The area is nice, the owners and staff are great, rent is reasonable and you get a lot of space for what you pay for. I highly recommend. Great for young professionals (grad students, etc).

This apartment was very clean, easily accessible to many restaurants, grocery stores and WVU. The rental process was easy and the staff were extremely helpful with everything. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

I have had a wonderful experience living at my Campus View apartment. The rental process was easy, the girls in the office answered every question and made suggestions on what would work best for my needs. My apartment was clean and I feel very safe. The properties are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. I feel a real since of community, everyone is very friendly.

I don’t understand the poor reviews. I’ve lived in a small 1 bedroom for a year and they have always been very helpful in the office and maintenance wise and it’s both quiet and clean here! Due to this I’m moving to a larger one soon and staying with them. It is hard to find rental companies you can trust in Morgantown and I finally found one that you can. As a Morgantown native who has rented all over town and also in different parts of the country I recommend them and I’m picky!

We just moved into Campus View Apartments in August, and it has already been a great experience. The apartments are so new and clean... practically brand-new! When we moved in, everything smelled freshly cleaned, which was wonderful. The carpets seem to be very well taken care of, as well as all of the walls. The apartments are very modern, with white walls and neutral-colored countertops and floors, making it easy to decorate with any colors/themes of your choice. Campus View is, by far, one of the nicest and most affordable complexes in Morgantown. I would 100% recommend to anyone.
