Cameron Ridge

We moved to the community last month, and the process was really easy thanks to Meg and Monica, who were always there for us. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The community is very quiet, nice and great, they have supermarkets, restaurants, gyms and entertainment nearby. It is a very good place to live.

My special thanks to Meg!!! What a composed young lady! She listened to our concerns and took a human approach by placing herself in our shoes. Thank you so much for your great advice and for all the options you made possible for us.

I love my home at Cameron Ridge! The community is in a great location, well taken care of, and my apartment itself is perfect for me. The office and maintenance staff have provided a great experience as well, and made my experience here that much better. Meg is Awesome! 5 stars!

My husband, myself, and our dogs happily call Cameron Ridge of Champion Companies our home. They take great care of their lawn/outdoor spaces! And while I’m a homebody, the on-site gym and pool both are very nice! I haven’t had any problems with any tenants as long as I’ve lived here. Management is extremely friendly and eager to help. On-site maintenance and repair technicians work diligently and get our concerns addressed extremely quickly. I haven’t noticed any pests or vermin throughout the apartment complex. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill, family-vibe apartment complex.

I recently moved in to Cameron Ridge Apartments. The office staff, specifically Meg, made the application/move in process really smooth. They are very friendly and communicative. Cameron Ridge is located in a great spot with a lot of restaurants around and an easy drive to Easton. They also have an app that makes paying rent and entering maintenance requests really easy. Overall it has been a really good experience so far!

This is a great place to live! The apartment was nice and clean when it was first given to us. All the amenities are great! The maintenance crew takes care of any issues on the spot right away. The people in the office are also amazing! The area is really nice. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. The community is nice and respectful. Highly recommend this place!

I've lived here for 3 years and I've never had any issue. The office and maintenance people are friendly, kind, and very understanding. I have a special needs teenager. If anyone has dealt with a special needs individual, you know how challenging they can be at times. He enjoys going to the club house and the pool. The office representatives and maintenance has never mistreated him because he would not hesitate to tell me if they did. Thank you Champion for being so amazing to me and my son.

It’s really nice being here with all necessary amenities swimming pools and events food trucks .. It’s a perfect place to live. I made the right choice. It has been 8+ months and the stay has been wonderful. Apartments, neighborhood, walking area. Property is always well maintained, with clean common areas and well-kept grounds. Any time I’ve had a question or request, it’s been handled promptly and with such professionalism – I’ve had zero maintenance issues, which is such a relief! But regardless the office is very quick to attend to any needs. One of my favorite things about living here is the amazing sense of community. The residents are friendly and considerate, and the management hosts regular events that really help foster connections between neighbors. The location is perfect – close to everything that I need, yet peaceful and quiet at the same time. Overall, this is truly the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I feel lucky to call it home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place where you’re treated with care and respect.

I have lived at Cameron Ridge for almost 10 years now and it has been lovely for the most part. There have been a few management changes throughout the years as well as a full renovation and everything has been great. Anything that may not have been great was addressed in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and responsive.

Just moved in but had the best experience with the team since getting my apartment and properly getting acquainted to my new place. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The staff is so amazing and responsive anytime if you need assistance, Its a great place to live.

I’ve been living at Cameron Ridge for a little over a year so far, and it has been a wonderful experience. Whenever there’s even the slightest issue, the staff are quick to respond and resolve the problem. The apartment complex is located an ideal area that’s safe. It is also surrounded with a plethora of options for shopping, and eating out whether it be fast food or sit down

Love all the amenities! The location is great, maintenance is quick, and it’s a clean, quiet community.

Feeling amazing. Staff is awesome. My doggo is a happy camper with plenty of grass to sniff and squirrels he attempts to catch. It’s comfy and the new appliances work great. Overall thankful and satisfied :) ^_^

I want to first start off by saying Megan the manager and the rest of the staff at the office have been wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful! They have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and i really appreciate it. The maintenance staff are great as well :-) Champion has done a complete overhaul of this property and it looks gorgeous! I recently moved into one of the 2 bedroom apartments and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend moving here :)

I really enjoy living at Cameron Ridge for many reasons. * Great Location in the Gahanna, New Albany, Easton area with shopping and restaurants galore. *Beautiful just remodeled Apts. with upscale decor, stainless steel kitchen appliances with included washer/dryer *Laminate wood flooring and new carpeting *Gahanna Schools for the kids *Semi private streets and no through traffic *Great Maintenance staff who are attentive and in most cases provide same day service *Best of all a great office staff that make you feel at home and are willing to go above and beyond for the residents *Special little things from time to time like free family picture day, donuts as folks leave for work, starbucks coffee and more IMO just a great comfortable place to call home!

Parties until 7 am, scary people hanging out in front of your door and sleeping on the club house couches. Trash thrown around the dumpsters, management refused to clean. I literally set up a login to warn others! If you need a place because of the school system I understand. No stars!

I lived at Cameron Ridge for 3 1/2 years and only moved out because I needed a larger place. I would have been happy and content to live there for many more years. My neighbors were quiet and respectful and I always felt safe. The few times I needed maintenance, the response was quick. The office staff was always polite and helpful. When I decided I needed a larger place, they offered a reasonable month to month lease to make the transition easier. When I moved out, they did not try to charge me for normal wear and I received my entire security deposit back. The few negatives for me were that the fitness center wasn't kept up very well. Some tenants were not great at cleaning up after their dogs, but management always attempted to keep on top of the problem. Also, the utilities were not provided by the major local utility companies and my utility bills were high for the size of the unit. This seems to be fairly common for apartment complexes in the Columbus market. Overall, the compex is very nice and the rent is reasonable compared to similar complexes in the Gahanna school district. I will definately consider moving back when I no longer need 3 bedrooms.
