The people here are what really makes Camden Centreport a great place to live. Dorit and Gina are awesome in the office. They do whatever they can to make your living experience at Camden a good one. Shout out to Anthony! He is hands down one of the best maintenance managers I’ve dealt with. I would agree with some other reviews that you can tell some corners are cut when getting apartments move in ready, but overall I am happy to have landed here for the time being. It’s a nice quiet community, well kept, and friendly neighbors!

I've lived at Camden Centreporte for going on 4 years and I love it. It is an affordable but updated property, and I love the staff!! I was in a pinch 4 years ago and needed to find a place fast! After a long day of viewing overpriced poorly built properties, and multiple catfish properties (the ones that are beautiful on the outside but on the inside have popcorn ceilings, off white stained countertops, and you leave feeling like you need a tetanus shot) I found this gem! My apartment has white crown molding, against tan walls, with stainless steel appliances, cherry wood cabinets, faux wood vinyl floors, a garden tub, flat touch light switches, usb wall plugs, and much more! The staff is awesome! They know me personally and have helped me out over the years tremendously. Your not just an apartment number to them. They've always got treats, goodies, or the coffee bar in the office for you to stop by and say hi and grab a treat. Anytime I've ever needed anything done for maintenance it has always been fixed expeditiously! Literally I could walk past the maintenance man and say "Hey Roy my light bulb went out in my ceiling fan!" and he'll say "Alright, let me go get a bulb and I'll be right up there!". At past properties I've lived at get maintenance to come fix something was always a hasel, but not here! Lastly location, Camden Centreport is in the perfect location! The airport is 7 min away (from the time I turn the key in my door until the time I'm hugging goodbye in terminal E....I timed it!) The TRE station is right down the street. Six flags, The Rangers and the Cowboys are three exits down the freeway (7min). You are exactly 30 min away from down town Fort Worth and Dallas...and there's all kinds of eating establishments in walking distance (sushi, Mexican, Starbucks, simply burgers, donuts, pho soup, Mr smoothie, mc Ds, Wendy's,jack in the box)!! To some it up, this apartment complex has the location, the price, and the interior layout and design all in one. You can go down the street and get more expensive finishes, for more expensive prices... "This porridge is too hot!". Or you can go down the street the other way and pay less in rent for that popcorn ceiling and off white countertops... "This porridge is too cold". Camden Centreporte is just right for me, and I don't plan on leaving unless I buy a house..."Ahhh, this porridge is just right". :)

It is a cheap aoartment inside and out. I would not refer my friends here because the scary people that live around me. Water has been turned off several time due to working on it. The pool full of shade but not ideal for sun gods.
