Trent was very tentative when showing the model unit. Trent was very detailed and gave more information than needed. I love the complex so far. It’s in the perfect location near everything. I’m looking forward moving in soon. Thanks Trent you’re the best.

Thank you so much for the kind words! It is very important to our community that everyone feels welcomed and happy to be here. Again, we appreciate your feed back and it means a lot to us! - The Camden Buckhead Square Team
I have been living in Camden Buckhead Square for the past 8 months and the experience has been nothing short of spectacular. The front office team is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance team is also very friendly, as well as prompt. Both tickets I have submitted were taken care of next day. The location is unbeatable. Located on the edge of NE Buckhead, the community is conveniently located next to the express way as well as a shopping mall (Phipps) and another mall (Lenox) right down the road. Dissimilar to being in the direct heart of the city, were the noise is unbearable, Camden is tucked away from Peachtree Rd and Maple Drive of Buckhead where the noise from the main roads is blocked by a couple neighboring high rises and small businesses. Another key feature of the location is there is a Marta station within walking distance. The community is very dog friendly, as it seems 2 out of 3 people have a dog(s). The property offers a dog spa and a dog park area for pets to go to the bathroom. I usually take my dog to the dog park or take her on a walk in the neighborhood directly behind the complex. The last thing, from a community perspective, the residents in the community are great. Everyone I have met so far is very approachable and easy to talk to. From an apartment perspective, the unit is very spacious. The design is very nicely setup and maximizes every square foot. Also, unlike the last apartment I lived in, the walls are thick enough were you can live life without worrying about disturbing your neighbors. I would recommend Camden Buckhead Square to anyone looking to live conveniently and in a young professional area for a comparable price in the area. I will definitely be renewing my lease when that time comes.

I have lived in a handful of apartments- Camden Buckhead Square has been the best living experience, to date. Noe is always attentive to anything myself or my roommate may have a question or concern about. Noe always has a smile on making it a nice place to come home to. You can tell that Noe cares about his job and the people he supports in it. Maintenance has been a great to work with also. I would highly recommend Camden Buckhead Square to anyone of my family or friends. The security measures they have put in place here have made it feel like a super safe place to live, always nice when you live in the city.

Thank you again for being a wonderful resident! All of our best, Camden Buckhead Square Team
I have absolutely loved living at Camden Buckhead Square. My experience here has been nothing short of perfect and amazing, despite my first apt getting flooded and the hardship i was going through just to move units. However, Noah, Property manager came in and saved the day. As usual. I was a little nervous what to expect with moving to CBS, nonetheless Lindsey was VERY patient with me when I toured multiple times to ensure I was making the decision I was comfortable with. You truly can't go wrong visiting any leasing consultant - Grant is great too! Lets talk about the the staff, Noah, Property Manager Very attentive, seemingly happy to be at work, and very pleasurable to deal with. He goes above the call of duty and try’s to handle all residents needs. I love how Noah came in and got to know his residents and came in and didn’t add to the madness that was going on prior to his arrival. Couldn’t have pick a better property manager to come in and turn thing around for the better. Grant, Assistant Manager, Quiet guy, i have interacted here and there with grant and the conversation or concerns has been dry. He’s cool in my book. Lindsay, Former Leasing Agent I’m deeply am saddened that my #1 favor is leaving (Lindsay) such a sweet heart and beautiful soul with a good head on her shoulder. I’m glad she is moving up in the company and what the complete best for her. Ryan, Maintenance Team, AMAZING! One of my favorite maintenance staff. Every time I have put in a request i have mainly gotten Ryan. Hard working guys and very pleasant to work with. I sure Ryan is tired of coming to my unit lol but I’m glad he does and he’s very professional and very quick. He is great at his job and I nominate Ryan for the first maintenance award. Price & Emily AWESOME, great addition to the CBS family. Hard working and very detail at their jobs. I would HIGHLY recommend this building if you are looking in Buckhead., even with the minor things that’s need fixing, CBS is a great place to live. -dry cleaning service, great bars and restaurants in walking distance in the area,-wifi (that works flawlessly) throughout the building-cool resident events, -obviously great views from every side of the building no matter which unit you.

We absolutely love having you as a resident can't wait to continue this relationship. Have a wonderful day. Thank you! Best, Camden Buckhead Square Team
I have lived at Camden Buckhead Square for over a year now. Noe, Grant and the team are absolutely amazing, consistently going above and beyond for residents. Whether there is an issue that they need to address right away, or just getting to know you personally the team is just wonderful. The location is so convenient, the building is beautiful and always clean, and the amenities are awesome. (My friends that come over love the smell of the hallways so much they always comment on how great it is! haha) I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect apartment in the Buckhead neighborhood!

I'm so glad that Camden Buckhead Square has become your home. We work hard to make sure everything is looking, smelling, and working great for our residents. Please let us know if you ever need anything! All of our best, Camden Buckhead Square Team
I have been a resident at Camden Buckhead Square for a little over two years now. There have been some very positive changes and upgrades to the building ever since Manager Noe has taken over. There has recently been a solution made to accommodate guest parking and top of the line camera surveillance installations. The staff is extremely helpful and always on point. They take pride in tending to the resident needs. Camden Buckhead Square is a great building and I highly recommend it. It is centrally located and the location is perfect. The building is clean, the units are very nice and there are several different floorplans to choose from. The amenities are a major selling point. Our gym has EVERYTHING. There is no need for a gym membership. The pool is a major hot spot it’s a great place to hang out and relax. The Clubroom is huge and great for entertaining. There is a dog park and a dog spa. It has everything to make this property a 10. I am extremely satisfied and I plan to renew my lease.

Thank you for your kind words! We are glad that you have experienced living excellence and look forward to the future ahead. We are grateful to have residents like you. Your Team at Camden Buckhead Square
Love my apartment & the location. The building is not well kept. Actually, it’s pretty dirty. Residents do not pick up after their pets; so there is dog poop everywhere. When I moved in things were a lot better. In the past 3-4 months I see things going down hill. They cut back on the cleaning service, which is very noticeable. Used to have security; not anymore. It’s supposed to be a non-smoking building-that’s not happening either.
I have lived on this property for 15 months and Im currently renewing my lease for another 13 months. Just in a weeks time with a new manager by the name of Noe I can see a difference. Talk about someone who takes pride in his position and is passionate about tending to his property and residents needs. Noe helped me locate the best unit to transfer into and I couldn’t be happier. He’s fair, understanding, and does his best to solve any issue a resident may encounter. Noe has made renewing my lease easy. Prior to his arrival I was questioning whether or not I wanted to stay. The staff is TOP NOTCH! Leasing consultants Lindsay and Nicholas are welcoming, honest, consistent and know our property in and out. They have made living on this property a great experience. Grant the properties assistant manager has always been extremely helpful, friendly, and if there’s ever an issue he handles it in a timely manner. The maintenance team I have to really brag on. They are incredible!!!! Aaron and Elton are quick and efficient. I have yet to place a work order and it’s not handled quickly. They tend to maintenance matters as quickly as possible and always do an outstanding job. The amenities are amazing!! The club room, state of the art gym, and pool alone will make anyone want to live here. In the spring and summer our pool is definitely the hot spot. I always look forward to the weeekends to hang out by the pool and mingle with neighbors. The residents are friendly and many of us have made friends and hang out regularly. Camden Buckhead Square is extremely pet friendly. We have a new dog park that is outstanding. It is def one of our best features. Often times there are from 5-10 dogs down there playing and having a blast. Camden Buckhead Square is a great property and I highly reccomend making it your new home.

Taira, Thank you for this AMAZING review. We all loved reading your kind words about each of us here; It really does mean a lot to us. We have all been enjoying having Noe as a Community Manager and are happy that you have noticed a positive impact already! We're looking forward to continuing our forward momentum and seeing everyone at the pool when it warms up! - Nicholas F, Camden Buckhead Square
The biggest issue I’ve had is that the walls are paper thin. Hearing every step of neighbors above, or words to the songs when music is played, not so great. Despite posted quiet hours, and a courtesy officer unless you love late nights and loud neighbors, then this may not be the place for you. The floor plans are nice, and if the apartment were well constructed that would temper this review. Great location in Buckhead, close to so much. Management staff are friendly, but I only hear the corporate spiel and they seem unable to enforce all the common courtesies that one would think a building this expensive would demand. Pet stains in carpets and elevators are a frequent occurrence. Smell of weed in the hallway throughout the day and night. Fire alarms at random times, either faulty system or a drunk idiot who thought it’d be funny late at night. This feels far more like a frat/sorority than a building of professional adults. Will be leaving as soon as lease is up, and will never again rent without visiting the property multiple times.

Hi, thank you for your response. Your review helps us and others gain a better understanding on what what we can improve.
If I could give this apartment complex and the company running it zero stars I would. I could right a short novel on how terrible this apartment complex and management company are. First, I will start off with the apartment complex. Every single thing about this apartment is cheap. I can hear every single step or sound that comes from the unit above or my neighbors on the same floor. When they are watching television it is like I am in the room watching along with them. The pool will randomly be closed for weeks without any explanation given. The hallways constantly smell like weed and I often find half smoked joints and blunts all over. The parking lot has flooded 2 times in the 3 months I have been here, along with the fire alarm having been pulled over 5 times in the same span. A huge concern is the lack of security provided, there are only cameras in the entrance to the parking garages. It is very easy for anyone on the outside to jump up into the parking garage. Now onto the management company. They are by far the worst and most difficult people I have ever had to deal with. They will blatantly lie to you and then hold you accountable for their lies. They do nothing to stop or fix any of the issues I laid out above. Renting this apartment was a huge mistake. It is the biggest waste of money I have ever seen. Please, please save yourself the anger of paying a lot of money for a terrible apartment along with a terrible management company.

Hey Kon, We are sorry to hear that your experience has not be the greatest. Would you mind giving me a call at 404-869-0303? My name is Nichole Jackson and I am the new Community Manager here at the property. I would really appreciate more insight and an opportunity to share some information with you. As you know Camden took over June 1st and we really appreciate your patience as we are learning all of the intricacies of the community. Thanks, Nichole Jackson Community Manager
They call themselves Broadstone, but to us, they are known as Fraudstone. We’ve already had two instances where we were deceived/lied to and we haven’t even moved in yet, and never will. Our first instance was when we were told that we would receive our first month free and have other deposits and fees waived if we signed that weekend. We decided to commit to the lease and we were to move in the beginning of July. However, two days later, they contacted us and told us that the promotion was only if we moved in by the end of May and they weren’t going to honor that offer. This was already after both my wife and I’s credits were checked and after we paid two $300 application fees. We were first contacted by the leasing agent who was very apologetic but once we had to deal with upper management, we were constantly being attacked and blamed like we were the ones who caused the problem. Once they felt that we were attempting to contact regional management, they would call very reluctantly to tell us they will still offer the promotion they promised. We should have known then that we did not want to be here but figured we would ignore the trouble since we were getting a good deal for a good-looking place in the middle of Buckhead. The second instance happened yesterday when they contacted us again and said that the tenant has decided to extend their lease and they can no longer offer us the unit that we already signed a legal contract for. Keep in mind, a tenant is supposed to give a 60-day notice if they want to stay or leave and that was one week away from when they were supposed to be out of the unit. We believe they are lying to us and kept the unit available for a summer move-in so they wouldn’t lose money on us by having to keep their promise on the promotion they offered us. I can confidently give this property one star even though I haven’t spent a single day living here. From the start, they have been trying to force us out and we have been nothing but innocent bystanders. My suggestion for the property owners is to evaluate the manager at this property. It seems like they constantly put their subordinates in bad situations and have them take the heat for scenarios that should be handled by the manager. We are glad that we have received this treatment because it seems to be a great blessing in disguise.
Been here over a month and everything has been great. MGMT is super accommodating especially through our move-in process making it just that much less stressful. Ample parking anytime. How can you not love the location?? Price seems fair. Best I can say is whenever we've had people over, they're super impressed.
The unit itself is gorgeous - all brand new appliances and hardwood flowers. Plenty of space. The amenities are beautiful as well. I can't wait to use the pool this Spring and Summer. The staff is very helpful and overall I feel very safe here.
Walking distance to everything in the heart of the best square mile in Atlanta. Clean premises with great parking and very nice amenities. Not much more you could ask for. Service and support on the property is top notch, as well.
I love the amenities that come with these apartments. Brand new gym and equipment, never too crowded. Staff is super friendly and responsive. It's great that they allow pets. Also right across from the police department. Apartment 132
I have been living here for 7 months now and have nothing but great reviews! The staff, Catrecia (leasing office) and Elton (maintenance) are always super friendly and have a smile on. If ever there are any issues on the premise, the leasing office is quick to email the tenants and let them know exactly what is going on and provide a solution. Though we are nestled right in the heart of Buckhead, I feel very safe and have never had any (nor have I heard) issues on break-ins or vandalism. Overall, this is a great spot for the young & trendy.
I wanted to wait to leave a review until I had been here long enough to know what it was like. The public areas and amenities of this complex are great. The gym gets a little busy after work but has great equipment and lots of space. My apartment itself is also very spacious and I love how new it is. I haven't had more than a couple issues with noise, and maintenance is very prompt. I also love the package delivery system. Many of my friends are staying at some of the other places I looked while searching for an apartment in Atlanta, and they all have had a lot of complaints about their places. I'm really glad I chose Broadstone Court because I seem to have avoided the problems of noise, dirtiness, and poor service my friends are experiencing.
The building is new and the quality of the units along with the amenities is very good. The building is offset from the major roads which reduces traffic and noise; certainly a welcome attribute. The grocery store, gym, and a variety of restaurants are also walk-able from the building. Overall, a solid community and good place to live.
Perfect location - close to many shops, restaurants and bars. Yet, tucked away on a quiet street. Resort like style pool and grilling area. The apartments are very modern with amazing new stainless steel appliances. The staff is very accommodating and someone is always available to assist with anything you may need.
Have lived here for 2 years. Maintenance is quick and property is top notch!! Guest lounge and modern casual artsy decor. Apple computers and a fabulous workout room and studio. Love it!
This property is gorgeous. Chic and modern. Love the managers and maintenance team who goes above and beyond to make it home. )
I have lived at Broadstone court for just over a year and have loved everything about living here! These apartments are in a great area in the heart of Buckhead - walking distance to many popular bars, restaurants and shops. The apartments are new and spacious with state of the art appliances. The amenities are great with a Starbucks coffee maker, new gym and state of the art pool and grill area. I would recommend Broadstone Court to anyone moving to the Buckhead area!
I love love love living here! The staff is the best and my apt is Awesome! 5 stars all the way!! I can walk to everything! It truly is the best place I went into everything available in Buckhead and broadstone court was the all around best!
I've lived here since July 2016! It's been such a pleasureable living experience thus far! Emaculate service and presentation from the front office to the overall community appearance!
While searching for apts in Buckhead, we first stopped at Broadstone Court and loved it!! Sales Rep, Catrecia Martin did a very good job at showing us the property and the amenities. Yes -- we still went to visit many other communities in Buckhead - but it was Broadstone Court the place that offered everything we were looking for. The property has luxury apartments with all the nice features and finishes (we were lucky to be the first tenants on the unit.) The kitchen and the bathrooms are spacious! Broadstone Court is a safe community with a security/police officer living in the building. They offer free parking. There's a club room with all the fancy stuff for people to hang around. Management takes care of residents... they throw random events throughout the year for residents and friends -- including the best pool parties in the summer time!! Forgot to mention that location is the best. It is near everything! If they were to sell these units, we would buy here! This is a nice place to live.
My husband and I were searching for an apartment this past Saturday. We stumbled across this place and figured we'd see what it was like. We were greeted by a girl in casual clothing so we didn't think she worked there. Sure enough it was the community's extremely rude leasing agent. She refused to show my husband and I an apartment citing required appointments as the reasoning. When did apartment searching become so elite, that I needed an appointment? From the looks of some of the people we saw hanging around the side of the building, she made the ridiculous policy up, on the spot. She further insulted us by asking if we wanted to be added to a mailing list for notifications. Is this the norm these days or was she the rude unprofessional agent, I thought she was. I was appalled by the dark makeup at first look, then her attitude was the icing. I was so upset that we took the time to visit. There are far better choices in Buckhead.
Broadstone Court does sell you all the bells and whistles in the interim, but once you're a resident things surely change. I know this is common but I still felt the need to leave a realistic comment. I too was excited about moving into this place like everyone else. Since move in, we've dealt with some pretty out of control parties, the staff is starting to change a lot, and my biggest issue is maintenance. I've had a leak in my apartment since move in and besides some half done paint patching, nothing is being done. I have to continuously follow-up (no one follows up with me) and I have a busy life too. I just want it fixed. The maintenance guy is always walking around the community but nothing is being done to address issues you can easily notice while walking through the building. The new manager is a cool guy, but thats it. He doesn't get anything done so I normally go to the girl at the desk or the other manager who sits in the front office, but he's gone now too. When I initially came to look at Broadstone Court there was another manager and some other friendly faces, let's just say you can feel the changes. I give this place a 2 because the location is great and off the beaten path. I do believe you can get better service at some of the even nicer communities in the area.
If you want the best, your search is over! Moving is already stressful enough. Trying to find the perfect place to live shouldn't add to that stress. I don't like to cut corners or take shortcuts, so I chose Broadstone Court. After visiting many properties and not being impressed, I knew within minutes of arriving that Broadstone Court was my number one choice. Everything is new, the entire staff extremely friendly and welcoming, the decor was obviously done by an industry leading professional with a very high budget, and the location is perfect for walkability while still providing an overall quiet environment. The pool area has stainless grills, high end ping pong table, fireplace, two tv's, cabanas, unbelievable outdoor furniture, clean pool, and plenty of places to get some sun. The indoor club room has a huge projection screen, bar area, another flat screen, and the decorations are of magazine article quality. Would you like some fresh ground Starbucks coffee anytime throughout the day.....it provides that too! Want to shoot some pool...grab one of the provided cue sticks. State of the art workout room and a bike storage room with built in racks, air pump and repair tools are also here. Need to charge your electric vehicle (I don't have one yet, but will soon), they even have charging stations. Something else I have found extremely convenient, on site dry cleaning pickup and drop off and Parcel lockers. You won't be disappointed moving here. I can personally attest to that. Local businesses include many restaurants, Kroger, Trader Joe's, CVS, PetSmart, Lenox Mall, Ruths Chris, and many more!
Brand new, modern looking, stainless steel GE appliances, friendly staff, amazing gym, tv room, courtyard and pool.. what more could you want? Summer BBQs have been awesome in the Courtyard! Also extremely close to the bars, restaurants, grocery stores and the mall. Amazing location and very safe. The leasing office also hosts various events to meet people. Going to miss it when I have to move to another state!
Great apartment complex! Located on a quiet street right in front of police department and only 2 minutes away from a park. Building has a dog park in the back that stays fairly clean considering how many dogs play there every day. They also have a strict smoking policy which is great for people like me who can't stand tobacco smoke. New management is very helpful and attentive which is needless to say very important! They are very proactive about solving any issues you might have.
I have to say that from start to finish, I have been so impressed with Broadstone Court. It was the first and last place I looked in Buckhead. After a day of searching in trendy Midtown and the hip VA & Ponce City Highlands, I decided to squeeze in one last apartment tour in Buckhead. I arrived right as the leasing office was closing, but they welcomed me in (Javier, thank you!) to their swanky lobby (the live plant wall in the leasing office is everything!). They told me to come back first thing in the morning for a tour, so that I did. I had planned out the next day for looking at properties exclusively in Buckhead, so I started with Broadstone Court and ultimately ended there too, much to my delight. I looked at five other properties in the area and none could meet the high bar that Broadstone Court had set for me. Broadstone Court sold me on Buckhead, which was a pleasant surprise for someone who moved to Atlanta with her heart set on Midtown. The amenities are top notch, the units are beautiful with high ceilings and top-quality appliances and finishes, the parking is secure, the location is quaint (off the beaten Peachtree Rd. track), Trader Joes and Orangetheory Fitness are a hop, skip , and a jump away, the club room is stunning, the closet space is immense, the list goes on and on. However, what has made my lease signing and move-in process "Excellent," and hence the five-star rating, is the consistent care, consideration, and professionalism of the staff. You will be in good hands with the tight-knit team that clearly love their jobs and are invested in their residents' wellbeing (Shoutout to Catrecia, Javier, Corey, and Rebecca!) It's refreshing to work with a genuine, accountable leasing office team that gives you details and pricing straight up, instead of with one that puts you through the riot act that leasing an apartment can sometimes be. Honestly, Broadstone Court should be your only stop if you're in the market for a place in Buckhead; it's an investment worth making.
After looking at 10 communities, I decided to lease at Broadstone Court! Rebecca and John were awesome! The Manager even came out to introduce himself. They were very honest about a pool party that had occurred in the past, but with that pool - who wouldn't want to be out there? While I was there, I got to meet the new Courtesy Officer while I was in the office. I am so excited to call Broadstone Court home... I just wish my move-in date was sooner! Don't waste your time anywhere else! Lease with Broadstone Court!!! :)
So while I read the reviews below, they are a bit unfair. While there have been parties occurring, the NEW management (Corey and team)are trying hard to quickly and efficiently correct the problem. It is not uncommon for an apartment complex to have a courtesy officer and to set "rules" for the residents and their safety Where every you go, there will always be people who think they are exempt. I am hopeful after expressing my concerns and hearing from the new management the issues will be solved soon. They were attempting to do their best with limited corporate resources and being new to the complex. Catrecia is awesome. Unlike other complexes we looked out, she was fair and honest. She would not speak negatively or positively about other places, only Broadstone Court related issues. Elton is one heck of a maintenance man. Repairs are done quick and right! Super responsive and keeps the place clean and in great shape. The neighbors are super friendly. People meet and greet at the pool. People interact and enjoy the amenities together. The complex is not on the main road so its great for the traffic and quiet factor. I'm glad I went with Broadstone. I am hopeful and confident management will change around the negative activity and make this one great complex. My only suggestion, can we add a sitting bike to the gym? :) Welcome home. Please don't raise my rent since everyone will want to live here.
I love the community and the staff is always very friendly & helpful.
Moved in a few months ago. Since then it has been nothing but noisy parties. Every weekend its one party after the next. Management punished us all by setting rules that you cannot go to the pool area after 10pm and no more than a few guests. Seems like they do not enforce the rules. We apparently have a courtesy guard. Well, he doesn't do his job very well. They are letting in so many bad apples now. Its not the same as when I originally moved in. Go to an established building. This is just a frat house of noise and tenants who do not care about their neighbors. Not sure who to go to either in management since the staff is always changing.
The complex is brand new and looks nice, but less than a month after I moved in they demolished the buildings next door and now you have an unsightly lot with loud construction going on next door. But that is a minor issue compared to the fact there is a complete lack of security and safety in the building. Tenants act as if this is their first time away from mommy and daddy and have ridiculous parties every weekend. If you want to feel like you are living in a dorm or frat house this is the place for you. Other nights you will feel like you are at a club and have to turn your tv up extremely high just to here it. At times I have felt completely unsafe that I couldn't go on my balcony for fear people might say or do something, since the people coming to these "parties" do not even live here. As one tenant mention there was a party so large on Father's day weekend that random people where just coming in off the street. It looked as if a riot was going to break out. The Property manager has done nothing to rectify the situation, yet told the tenants to call 911 and the parties continue. So until Management can get their act together, a tenant is free to invite as many people as they want and have loud parties disrespecting all the other tenants, so don't plan on getting any sleep or having any sense of security here. Even though you are supposedly only allowed two guests per resident at the pool and the pool closes at 10pm, they are out there until late at night behaving like children. People are slobs, trash the pool area for the staff to pick up after them like they on are vacation, again BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE DON'T LIVE HERE. For the amount of rent we pay it is ridiculous. I wish I had never moved here. Do not make the same mistake. If you are a young professional adult you will regret living here just like me.
Here in the place for party animals. On June 19 Sunday night, 5 police officers came here at 11 pm and noticed to more than 60 party animals who had been noisy with incredible noisy music. They had a some party and had been noisy more than 5 hours. most of them are visitors. Every weekend we have been suffering of this kind of crazy party, but tonight is the worst. The Management is really bad because the manager, she, would not change nothing.
This place was my first stop after narrowing down my search to about ten places, that I was not looking forward to visiting ( I hate searching for an apartment). When I walked in everyone stood and said hello to me, it was like walking into a Cold Stone and quite a pleasant surprise. My mom who was tagging along, whispered to me "I like that". Catrecia was our agent and gave us an amazing tour of the community. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area as I am new to Atlanta. It was like talking to a friend. The apartment was really nice and they had a great promotion. I will say I was hoping for something a little more advanced with the overall look, but the apartment was clean and bright and my mom loved the staff. When we cam back we were surprised to have met the Community Manager who was also very friendly and assured us we were making the right decision. I moved into a pool facing apartment. The community does lots of events and had a fitness class at the pool. I barley hear much noise with everything that happens at the pool (people gathering, grilling, etc.). I think I am going to get a dog and it's pretty neat they have a dog park onsite. I can walk to everything almost and love that there's little traffic on this street. The Maintenance guys are very nice as well and I guess I just appreciate that everyone says hello, if they see you. I began and end my search at Broadstone Court. Save yourself some time and do the same.
So I have kind of obsessively looking for places since September, there have been spreadsheets and charts involved. For some reason Broadstone Court had not come up in any of my searches until this past weekend. My friend and I were already looking at a place nearby and decided to just drop in and see if we could get a tour. Catrecia gave us a tour and was really informative and so nice, she answered all of my questions and some that I had forgotten about! She also made the leasing process incredibly easy and has continued to be responsive and just great! The common areas are gorgeous and really funky and fun, very Anthropology. I'm really looking forward to watching a couple football games both in the indoor and outdoor lounge. As far as my actual apartment, you can tell the designers and architect really thought about space and maximizing every square inch. I toured and leased the Brentwood studio, I've looked at 1br/1ba that were 100 square feet bigger that felt smaller. Great storage and open spaces. Bathroom is amazing, plenty of storage and counter space. 3, yes 3, closets. The kitchen counters are gorgeous and there is an under-mounted single bowl sink which I love. Appliances are stainless steel and not base stainless steel, upgraded stainless steel. Washer and Dryer in unit! I liked it so much that I decided to lease it immediately. It just felt like home. I obviously have not moved in yet but wanted to review what I saw while I was there. Yes, it is still under construction. Dog park and doggie spa (They have a dog spa!) aren't complete yet and they are still finishing up a few things. On the flip-side though you get the chance to be the first person to live there. I would encourage anyone who has Broadstone on their list to go schedule a tour, you won't regret it!
