Camber Villas

Had SUCH a great experience remotely and actually visiting the property itself. Me and my future roomie were a little late in the housing process and the representation and customer services received was really as top notch as it gets. Very impressed with Tira West, she answered all our questions and THEM some, we had a few other places we looked at while visiting and we went back to the office to get one of their last 2 bedrooms for the fall. Everything about the community is just what we were looking for, but the customer service, transparency, and communication throughout this process really sold us without hesitation. SO excited for what’s to come!

I’ve lived here since January and I like the space and how quiet it is. However the management is terrible. I’ve tried to get so many things handled in a professional way and they have students at the front desk that don’t know what they’re doing. Because of the amenities and apartment itself I give it a good rating, but the management needs to be fixed for sure.

Helped my brother move into his furnished apartment here before classes. We arrived to a dirty unit with visibly dirty furniture and ants. ….he’s currently steam cleaning his place. Expected more from Greystar.

No, I do not recommend this apartment complex. The Unit assigned was infested with roaches! Even when pest control was requested many times, the infestation was still the same! It is totally unhealthy to live in those conditions with roaches everywhere (bedroom, walls, bath and mostly in the kitchen), totally disgusting. The cable TV service has never worked (and they charge extra fee for the service) Internet connection is poor (unless you pay more for a faster speed). On the other hand, have in mind that the monthly fee they offer will apply for the entire year, not only for the student calendar, so you will pay from August through July. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with Camber Villas, please, look for a better option!

Will give you misinformation then proceed to ask for forgiveness after they waste your time.

I have lived here for a few months now and I have loved every second of it. Haley, the leasing manager is always very helpful and super sweet. She’s always going above and beyond to help me wherever is needed. Tira, the assistant manager and Virginia the property manager have also been super helpful and friendly to me. Management has been great to me the entire time. The staff is always welcoming and it makes it feel like my home away from home

We have been living at Camber Villas for about 9 months. The staff here are great. Haley is awesome! She is always so helpful answering any questions we have and working on solutions to any problems that come up.

over 1-1/2 years later they are still wanting to charge a cleaning fee. Manager at the time of move in told me we would not be charged a cleaning fee. My Wife, daughter and I spent 4+ hours cleaning the mess. Property management and maintenance were a joke. My favorite was the maintenance person told me there was nothing wrong with the A/C thermostat because it was not uncommon for the temperature to be 10 degrees difference from room to room. Couch was not steamed cleaned and had junk under the cushions, light fixture in the kitchen had grease in it. AC filter not sure when it was changed last, sink would not drain in the bathroom plugged up with a massive hair ball, paint over spray all over the floor and kitchen cabinets, finally ceiling fan blades with dust and dirt on them (I wrote dirt on the blade with my figure and took a picture of it to show the Mgr.). I wish you could post pictures. We did clean the apartment when she moved out. The charge is for cleaning the carpet which was dirty when she moved in. Parents, there are better places for your child to live.

I moved in 1year ago. Had a few issues but when new management came in it made a difference! I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. Plus there is a Pool that is well kept up daily. Very Pet friendly too. Great activities like BBQ with Prizes, making Smors, Bingo always host events. I don't know of any other apartment complex that does this. Come check them out

I have lived at Camber Villas for about 2 months now and I have been ignored with my concerns. First, my roommate preferences were completely disregarded since I now live with individuals who drink, smoke, and stay up late. I have tried making the apartment complex aware of this situation but simply don't care. I recommend you find somewhere else to live. Spend a little more money for what you want if necessary because Camber Villas will just drain your wallet and never work with you.

The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Great location. Great amenities. Beautiful place to live. Karley and Alley are the best! ??

This is the terrible apartment . The AC not working, the mantenance guys come but they can fix it! But the electronic bill is crazy. All of my son roommate move out as soon as the contract done. Don’t bring your kids here.
