I can’t speak higher of the team at Camber Ranch. I was almost facing eviction but they worked with me through a VERY tough period. You were patient and showed much grace. Now I’m back on my feet and enjoying what I’m paying for, the amenities helped me get in shape, the pool is a great and accessible cool down, the security and grounds team patrol is visible and present. Only wish I have is that the dog park right before the connecting bridge was reinforced. I tried bringing my boys there a couple times but there are gaps in a couple spots where a dog could go under. But I’m just happy to be here :) Thank you all!
Our entire experience has been amazing thanks to one leasing agent, Nathan Elliott. From the very beginning, he has gone above and beyond for us and has continually exceeded our expectations when it comes to customer service. You can tell he cares about the residents at Camber Ranch! 10/10 so far!!
Everyone is pretty friendly and stays to themselves, haven’t really met too many neighbors but haven’t gotten any negative vibes either so I like it
It’s a little early but so far so good. Maintenance was a little slow, in the walls are a little thin so we can hear the neighbors. We hope our experience improves because we’re excited to be here

Good apartment with amenities like swimming pool, club house, gymnasium and yoga room. Staff in the leasing office as well as people who work in maintenance are really good and friendly.

We have lived here 9 months and really like it! Everyone on the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The workout room is fantastic! The machines are always in working order and there are lots of different ones to workout on. The pool is gorgeous and the apartments are spacious and top notch. Overall living here has been a pleasant experience.

Very cute, quiet apartment complex. Lots of families in the area which is a plus and they have great amenities. Smart apartments, which means having the ability to change your thermostat and lock/unlock your door from an app on your phone.

The apartment itself is great. The internet is where my frustration stems from, I moved in on February 15th, it is now the 22nd and my internet still hasn’t been resolved. It’s quite frustrating that I’m not able to make money from my 2nd job because we don’t have a stable internet connection. I believe if this apartment wasn’t contracted with single digit but let us choose our internet it would be a lot better of a place. Don’t move here unless you don’t use internet for work/gaming/streaming.

Other than a few minor inconveniences that they are working on to resolve, this is a pretty decent apartment complex. Has a lot of benefits and community involvement. Staff is very attentive.

Apartment is clean but it seems to have been a rush to get it done. There are paint spots on the floor and in random spots throughout the entire apartment.

First day coming in office to retrieve keys for my unit assistant manager and leasing agent was very unprofessional and rude. They continue to have a conversation in front of me about drinking and going on 6th st while we were having issue with website for me to sign lease. They was rushing and my garage remote didn’t work and other issues as well, so that means no made sure I had a smooth and easy move in, just very unprofessional, childish, and very rude.I recorded the whole incident, awful experience.

A cozy environment to live in. As a mother of a baby, having a space that provides me with security and at the same time spaces to interact with my child outdoors is priceless. The apartments are very cozy and cover the needs of living very well. I highly recommend this home.

Amazing quiet community. Amenities are great apartments are great size. Gated community to keep you safe at night. Only downfall is how busy Parmer lane is but that’s just pulling out of parking lot. Apartments parking and grass away from road

Amazing place. The apartments are well built and have a lot of styles to choose from. The amenity building has lot of space and one can spend quality time in the area.

The move in process was fairly easy and simple. Which we loved considering we moved from 18hrs away. The office staff are so sweet and made everything perfect for our new home. Camber Ranch is a beautiful community

Not one complaint. Move in was smooth. Maintenance was on point with getting things taken care of. Staff was helpful with getting me set up on all apps.

It’s been pretty good, no real complaints so far, I do wish the pool was open more though, we were told 4-6 weeks when we signed our lease but it’s been 4 months now and it’s been open once, hopefully that improves and neighbors are more respectful of this nice place

Camber Ranch is a great community to live in however the kinks in a new complex is definitely something to be patient with from maintainence to amenities , price is reasonable for the updated design and spacious living spaces .

The apartments are maintained well except for the hallways and staircases which often smell like trash or dogs. Otherwise it’s a safe and clean place to live. The staff are really kind and attentive as well.

Camber Ranch saved the day for me. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had about 5 hours on a Saturday to find housing. The office staff was great! They worked with me to find a solution and get me in my new home the same day! Thank you, Camber Ranch!

The apartment complex and my unit are beautiful but I have run into issues that have made my move in experience less than smooth and easy. My washer/dryer does not work so I have been unable to do laundry since moving in. Maintenance is working on getting me another set. One of the lights above my bar is out. It seems they missed details when having this ready. There are also TONS of bugs. I have had to kill 4 spiders and a few crickets in my unit and there was a HUGE spider in my garage I have never seen anything like it. My lease needed to be completely redone and resigned since I needed to move in a day late and the front office was having issues with the website so it took longer than it should have. However everyone has seemed helpful and I understand this is a new complex and kinks need to be worked out. I will update my review in the coming weeks.
