Property Ratings at Calypso Apartments
The new management has made great improvements to the property! My apartments feels refreshed and it offers a lot of space. The staff is super helpful too. I definitely recommend this place.
New management has come in and really spruced up the place. Really impressed with the renovations and overall cleanliness. Turned this place around with a great maintenance crew and helpful staff!
The manager and maintenance people are great, always addresses issues right away. Apartment is updated and clean, and they are really affordable. The pool is always sparkling.
I moved into these apartments because they are relatively cheap for the area and I needed something fast. The first day I moved in, I found dead roaches but I did not think anything of it. After about 5 months, the roaches have NOT gone away despite numerous sprays and roach bombs. The issue is so bad that I cooked for thanksgiving and a roach crawled into a bowl, in front of my friends. I have not cooked in my apartment since that day. I am depressed and anxious living here with a roach issue I did not cause. And the manager will not let me leave, I do not want to live here. Spend some more money and find something BETTER. If the reviews mention roaches, even from 2-3 years ago, there is likely an infestation.
