Awful management, add additional charges for nothing at moveout. Awful neighbors, office addressed nothing. Theyre buying good reviews on other sites. Stay away.

The communication is terrible and they don't work with you. The experience for me was very frustrating and stressful. I wouldn't recommend this property for anyone that's looking.

Wonderful apartment experience. Jessica and Ira are amazing! If you enjoy friendly neighbors, hanging out at the dog park, good times at the pool, this is the place for you. Best experience I’ve ever had living in an apartment. Well kept grounds, attentive maintenance and beautiful recently remodeled units. Nice, quiet, safe area!

These apartments are excellent place to live. The grounds and area is well kept and updated. I have no complaints at all I love living here. The staff and management is Way Beyond of excellent. They're always here and ready to help in any questions I had. I would highly recommend these apartments to anybody

I’ll be moving here in a couple of months, and I’m so happy with the service I have received so far! I’m moving from out-of-state, and Jessica at the leasing office has been so helpful and great about communication and answering all my questions. I was able to visit the area and tour their apartment units twice, and they are beautiful and the amenities look amazing. Can’t wait to move there!

I recently moved here and I can honestly say I LOVE it. The staff are absolutely amazing and the sweetest. The maitence team work super fast and respond fast as well. The area is nice and quiet, the gym is gorgeous, and everything about This place makes it feel like home. They were able to help me find the apartment that fit my needs and help me move in right away. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank.you Cabrillo team, you guys are the best?

Wanda has been amazing! This apartment has gone through its share of managers but she is a breath of fresh air! She is amazing to work with and you can tell that she cares about the residents. The new maintenance staff is amazing as well... they are all very friendly and helpful!! After going through some difficult managers, Wanda and her new team has been a delight to have :) I am very grateful for all their help and their response time for any issue has been handled with professional and immediate attention. I don't even live in these Apartments, but my mom does. I brought my dog to visit and I didn't know she wasn't allowed in the pool area just to visit. A lady, I think her name is Wanda, came up and told us we can't have the dog in the pool area (understandable). And then in front of everyone at the pool begins to tell my mom that she owes more money for rent due to not signing a new lease. IN FRONT OF EVERYONE !!!!! Such horrible behavior. When my mom when to go confront her for embarrassing her in front of everyone she denied it all. This conversation was recorded !! So if the management that owns this property would please call us and reach out that would be great. So disgusted by the staff and the way they handle their residence relationships. Never will recommend this apartment. I would give it negative stars if I could.

I was looking for an apartment in the area, although I did not pick Cabrillo I still loved my experience. I called last Wednesday and spoke with a gentlemen named Jeff. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He asked me to come in and tour. I came in over the weekend and saw the community. It was clean and nice. It was just a little far from work, but I will always keep Cabrillo in the back of my mind in case I want to move again.

In the 8 months that I have lived here, the apartment complex has been sold to another company (called Apartment Management Consultants... could that sound any more corporate?) and we are now on our 3rd set of manager/front office staff. You can guess what that means for you as the tenant - impersonal service where you are simply a customer, not a resident of a community. Simply put, my experiences with the management conveys the fact that they really don't care about you. - Despite having weekly pest service, this place is crawling with big cockroaches. - The office finds a way to nickel and dime you for any new "service". Want to pay your rent online? There's a fee to sign up for that. Want to be able to pick up your packages from the office? There is a fee to sign up for that too. I'm sure they will come up with more great new "services" to charge us for. - The pool is often closed. - The water randomly goes out. - When they need to access your apartment for mandatory inspection, they won't tell you a specific day they are coming. Instead they give you a whole week that they might enter at any time during the day, which means locking up your pets and personals for that whole week. - The apartment grounds are covered in dog feces. This is not the management's fault, but I can't believe some tenants struggle so much with the idea of picking up after their dog. The dog park is practically unusable because of this. I am looking forward to not renewing my lease. This apartment complex is cheaper than others in the area, and now I know why. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to live more comfortably.
