I recently had a water leak in front of my door and the maintenance team came really quickly and fixed it professionally. Communication was smooth and they were respectful and efficient. Assigned parking spots There seems to be a lot more cars that I’m sure aren’t on the lease. It would be nice to have assigned parking spots
Excellent Service & Professionalism - Highly Recommended! I recently visited Cabot Cove to order a home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My family and I were warmly welcomed, and the team went above and beyond to make everything easy for us. They handled all the paperwork efficiently, and everything was completed on the same day with dedication and professionalism. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed us. Thank you to the entire team for making the process so smooth and hassle-free!
I moved in 2021 and it was nice relatively quiet and clean. However since summer of 2023 everything has started downhill. As a former property manager - the grounds are gross trash everywhere that is not picked up after dumpster people come. Dog park is riddled with dog crap and trash and kids breaking the gates. People walk around with their dogs off leash - has been reported but still nothing. Pool is closed often - over crowded - late music loud. Fireworks went off for two weeks straight around 4th of July. Lawn people have ruined my patio area. Kids are loud late at night. Recycling is not picked up half the time. They increase the rates for what there's no benefits? There's no incentives for loyal quiet renters - disheartening for sure.
I have been living here for 6 months so far every thing is perfect, maintenance wise they are super fast and kind. I feel safe a friendly community ????
Nice big townhomes. Beautiful landscaping and lakes.
While the location of this complex is convenient, located right off Hilliard Rome Road, I do not recommend living here. The maintenance is the worst of anywhere I have ever lived. I had to call at least four times anytime I need any major or emergency maintenance issues taken care of and sometimes they would go weeks without addressing the issues. The property manager is one of the most incompetent individuals who does not address concerns of residents but instead drives around on a golf cart around the complex, patrolling and looking for any infractions. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to live somewhere where major maintenance issues are never taken care of and the management is incredibly difficult to attempt to work with.
We love everything about our first apt,location,style. The reason 4 stars and not 5 is that when we request or schedule something to get fixed in the apt it seems the forget to come out. But other than that highly recommended and we did find this apartment on apartments.com :)
This place rocks the people are so kind and I was struggling to find a nice place they really helped...
