Unhappy Resident
I currently rent here and have thru Keller Williams for the past 2 years. In that time there has NEVER been onsite management. The gates have NEVER worked in the 2 years I have been here. Most of the amenities listed are not accurate. There is no volley ball or basquetball court. As a renter, you are not entitled to use the fitness center. The hot tub has only warmed up a handful of times. No one picks up grounds. I feel bad for people that live here and own their units. What do your association fees pay for? There are several units that were severely damaged in fires that have sat here for years without being repaired. The exterior of the community has rotting wood falling off the sides of the buildings. Its a pet friendly comminity, which is a good thing, but there is dog shot EVERYWHERE! Will post photos soon to support these statements. Completely unhappy! Can't wait to move in April!

No one to be found
I went to cabana key apartments to inquire about renting. I arrived around 11am, and there wasn't anyone in the office, or anyone around for that matter. It wasn't a holiday, no out to lunch sign etc. From what I hear that is pretty common at that apartment complex.
