The locals adore the island life, its natural landscapes, and top-notch amenities. To travel to Seattle, the ferry is what you’ll take. It makes multiple trips a day from Winslow, and is about a 35-minute ride into Colman Dock.

The Bainbridge Island Museum of Art houses collections created by local artists, and it’s in walking distance of gourmet waterfront eateries as well as Eleven Winery’s tasting room in Winslow. Other business areas within the island include Lynnwood Center, Fletcher Bay, and Rolling Bay.
