Dont move here
They don't fix anything when it needs to be fixed. very poor communication as office staff keeps changing. No access to the laundry that is onsite.

Horrible apartments!!
The owner does not want to waste “ANY MONEY” on repairing anything on the apartments! They are in a horrible condition! Constantly they are always getting a new manager! Literally!! And they are raising the rent?????? Don’t move here, trust me!

really bad
Thing do not get repaired, place is dirty, bed bug infested, not safe at all. Police are always there. The photo show is nit what you will see when u get here. No lawn, garbage everywhere, broken stairs, nasty pool, nasty laundry room. Laundry room has homeless sleeping in it and the use it as a bathroom as,well. Management will not work with Glendale pd to help clean up crime. Contact city and PD before renting, lots of cited violations.

It's not the best apartments in town but they are cheap and efficient for a starting family. All utilities are included and the complex looked quite and clean hopefully will be moving in, in the next week.
