The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Manager at Brunswick Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your kind words about our community! We are delighted that our convenient location and well-maintained environment have met your satisfaction. We strive to ensure our residents' needs are met, and your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Just like every other complex. Overcharges for a tiny space that isn’t well-maintained. Walls are thin and maintenance is obviously unresponsive due to the lack of cleanliness in main areas. Was shown an apartment that was “done” and it wasn’t clean or finished at all. Was lied to about the apartment I was applying for because the property manager wasn’t paying attention. Stephanie rushed the whole process and had a rude attitude the whole way when we had questions. Rude management (Stephanie and this guy Eric) seems to be the norm here according to reviews, I can tell this is another complex who boasts they “want everyone to be so happy with where they live,” but we all know your responses to poor reviews are fake and this owner couldn’t care less if you’re happy. I said I was going to leave a bad review and Stephanie told me to go for it so she clearly doesn’t find that her supervisor will care. She wouldn’t give me their information when I asked and I’m sure it’s because she gets away with this behavior frequently. What a joke! We didn’t even finish the application process before we found a better place to live because we had more questions and called and Stephanie rushed us off the phone. We could tell no one would care about us when we actually lived there. Dodged a bullet! Leaving poor review anywhere I can to help others.

While we are disheartened by your review, we appreciate you sharing your experience as a prospective resident of our community. We will be looking into your feedback, and if you have any additional concerns you'd like to share, please contact the office directly. Thank you, and we wish you well.
These apartments have a nearly perfect location. Set behind Price Chopper and Walmart for convenient shopping, yet still private as they are surrounded by trees. Despite being so close to shopping it is very quiet. The apartments have an open floor plan and two good size bedrooms. My only complaint is the traffic on Hoosick street during rush hour, however, I work in Troy and at not so standard hours so it does not affect me terribly. I have just renewed my lease and am very excited about it.
