Property Ratings at Brownstown Square Apartments
Not too bad just recently moved, very cultural people of all different races, significant others, spouses and children play together, working class respectable people. Maintenance for grass one or twice a week, nicely manicured. Rent is not too bad depending on what you are looking for. Maintenance may not fix things correctly the first time but they usually get it done, mainly because they use cheap or inexpensive parts. Sometimes the neighbors kindly through trash in the parking lot but theres someone that usually gets it up evidentially. Lights are not included its separate. Parking in different places everyday can be a little annoying but you can pay for a garage, other that again not too bad, nice community to live in near everything, gas stations, restaurants, car washes, auto shops, CVS and grocery stores. Near a huge road so there are a lot of accidents just have to be careful! Resident
