The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Brown School Apartments
It is dirty, unsafe, management doesn't listen or care about the things that are going on, including fights, drug deals and robberies. Residents let in strangers or leave door jammed open and lobby windows unlocked. I personally was harassed by other residents. Management did nothing to help. My AC was stolen, as I was moving out ost of my stuff and they never got back to me about looking at the camera to see who did it, but looked at the video when the laundry cash machine was stolen. I had a scratch ticket stolen off my door Christmas Eve, within 30 minutes of it being left there. Resident knocked on my door all the tie asking for money or other things. I was one of the few residents with a car and was often asked for rides. You had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get through the front door. My visitors were uncomfortable being constantly approached and asking nosey questions. The only thing good I can say is my bedroom was big and it was cheap.
