Since I was expecting a cleaned apartment, which I didn't get, and I had to clean the whole house from scratch, my first reaction wasn't as positive as I expected. There were a lot of problems to solve. The faucets were out of order and many others. However, I hope that after this I will start living peacefully and happily in my new house :)))
Brookmont is a fine place to live. The apartments are wel maintained and maintenance is available when something does go wrong. The outsides are well maintanined and clean.

Lived here for over 2 years with my family. No issues with neighbors, very quiet and love my neighborhood. There are a lot of shopping centers in the area and the apartment amenities are great. Good location to live if you work in Center City as the regional rail stations are close by and so is I-95.

Love the area, full of shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet. Building that I am in is also quiet, the neighbors do not bother you and the amenities are good. My only complaint would be parking . When we moved here there was plenty but now we have to think twice before moving our cars.

Good apartments. Not noisy. Calm area. There is a great playground in the yard. Nearby kindergarten, school, supermarkets. Overall, the accommodation is happy. There are no balconies.

I have called Brookmont Apartments my home for 13 years. I am very fortunate to be able to say any concerns I may have had were always addressed quickly and professionally . The maintenance team here is A #1. They work very hard to keep our complex clean and safe in spite of a few disrespectful tenants that leave there trash every. The entire staff is very friendly. I am happy to call Brookmont my HOME.

We moved in under the impression that we were being given an apartment with a washer dryer unit both verbally and when we applied for an apartment online. On the day of our move in, they changed our lease without our knowledge and we no longer had one. We did not reread the lease because we thought everything would remain the same. That was sign number one that this place is horrible. We have lived here for almost a year and every single day the people above us are heard clearer than day. The walls are extremely thin, we have gotten mice from no fault of our own, just terrible setup of the apartment and holes everywhere. Our bathtub started peeling and management had to fix that too. The kitchen cabinets are poorly painted with a thin layer of paint to try to hide that they’re old and dingy. Management never answers maintenance requests and in the slim chance they do, they come up with a bad excuse every time. I have never lived in such a terrible apartment and for the price I pay with no washer or dryer in a cramped apartment, this is no place to live. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy being miserable living here.
It's been about 2 months I moved in here and I already hate this place!!! About two or three weeks ago I saw MICE in my apartment. I informed the office right away but it took almost a week for the exterminator to come. He did not do much, so I saw MICE again today. Since the first day I saw mice, I've been begging the manager to send the maintenance to check and seal the holes in the whole apartment, but it takes them forever. I would have already moved out, but manager says I will have to pay the pre-termination fee for breaking the lease even though it's not my fault. This place is a trap. I would never recommend it to anybody!
This place has zero respect for the people that live here and the needs they have for a home. After having submitted a request for a reasonable accommodation for my disability, I have heard nothing back from management. I submitted all required documentation by certified mail and have heard nothing from them for several weeks. The neighbors are nosy and are always prying into your personal business. Complaints to office staff fall on deaf ears. EVERYTHING costs extra here. Pool, fitness center, laundry facilities, pet fees are astronomical and continuing to climb, gas, parking, which there never is any at nighttime, water, worst water pressure/shower I ever experienced. Be sure to read the fine print on the lease too. Their lease states you may not have visitors stay for more than 24 hrs without prior management approval and you cannot be gone on vacation for more than 7 days without management authorization. Hope you don't have any friends if you decide to live here. Hope you don't want to go on a long vacation if you decide to live here. This is not a home, this is a prison, complete with snitches and POs. They allow only two pets, but this only applies to some tenants. They have breed restrictions for dogs, but this is only for certain people as well. You are being watched if you live here. You have been warned

If you are looking for a great complex with central air and gas heat, fabulous water pressure and unending hot water with open floor plans that allow all pets ( within reason) panoramic windows and a swimming pool that is extremely well kept and low noise pollution ( with the exception of the Red Lion side - traffic is tough) and very well kept grounds and last but not least - BEST MAINTENANCE CREW around -then Brookmont is your place!
