As a tenant, I am satisfied with all the services provided. The space is clean and quiet. There is no theft, the neighbors respect each other. The staff is always attentive to the situation. The only problem is the presence of rats and the rent is still very expensive.

Did it for 4 years. It was good I had issues in the beginning it took some time but it eventually got fixed . That's my main thing how long it takes for things to get fixed .

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others

Mala ya que mi vecina de arriba hace muchísimo ruido ya lo hemos reportado en muchísimas ocasiones y al parecer no le ponen importancia a nuestras quejas y además es tanto el ruido que hace todo el día y hasta las 2 o 3 am que no nos deja a dormir bien ya estamos cansado de esto y eso que apenas llevamos 3 meses viviendo aquí además también tenemos problemas con la secadora y siempre viene a repararla supuestamente y siempre lo mismo funciona una vez y luego se daña lo que pasa es que están viejos los productos y no los quieren cambiar

The air conditioning breaks constantly and the apartments have massive plumbing issues. The building has mice. Nothing in the apartment has been updated in the past decade. The building is not secure and homeless people constantly sleep in the stairwell. There is never enough parking and the complex tows people wrongfully all the time for sport. I will not be renewing my lease and would never recommend this place.

I have good experience with Brookdale apartments, it is a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. I love it's amenities especially the gym, pool, and the kids playground. It is 5 minutes drive to my local giant store and walking distance to a shopping center.

Really good appointment and environment especially to raise kids. Amenities are great too. It’s close to shopping center and bus stop. The presence of a walking trail along side a park and small river near the apartment makes it perfect to connect to nature. Absolutely recommend it.

Some miscommunication with the office staff about my information so it took a little longer than expected but once the ball got rolling overall friendly, adequate staff. I recommend going into the office in person to ensure questions are answered if time is an issue.

Brookdale apartments are little expensive but still have good things the maintenance help you right away after repotting a problem in your apartment, leasing office always thinking for the solutions and new options

Apartment is good not bad the neighborhood are nice and the place is good near from bus stop and near from school and shopping stores and CVS everything is good

No muy buena experiencia el servicio en la oficina son bien ineficientes,si algo se molesta o no sirve tadan demasiado para poder hacer el arreglo cambian el stiker de parqueo cada año luego a medio año los venden y la situación de los parques se vuelve horrible

Apartment is very cold due to the door not closing properly. Office is already in form and maintenance said that's the best he could do. I strip the window and door myself to help with the cold weather too much draft

The apartment has not been renovated in decades. It is absolutely filthy here and everything is broken. The building has mice and is unsecured so homeless people sleep on the stairwell regularly. Would not recommend.

Needs better care and better customer service. Maintenance is great I just don’t like maintenance going into my home without me being present. I had posted on the instructions to call me before arriving but I never got a call.

Move in was smooth, I have been here less than a month. So far I haven’t had a problem with the apartment itself. Parking in the other hand is a huge problem.

I absolutely love my current apartment. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The layout is spacious and well-designed, offering ample storage space. The building is well-maintained, and the management is responsive to any maintenance requests. The amenities, like the fitness center and rooftop garden, are great perks. My favorite feature is the stunning view from my balcony, especially during sunsets. The only minor drawback is occasional noise from neighboring units. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my apartment.

Average apartment and amenities. Rent is not bad for the area. Communication from leasing office is very inconsistent and feel understaffed at times.

Todo está bien lo único que aveces casi nunca atienen el teléfono cuando se llama a la oficina aparte cada año cambian los stiker de parkeos se empieza bien pero con los días ya no se encuentran parkeos es difícil

everything is fine except the partking experience. it is difficult to have visitors due to parking rules and space. it is strange to see how a vistor must pay for parking and that space isn't enough at first place

So far so good! All of my concerns from move in have been addressed in a very fast manner. I love the layout of my apartment, the brand new gas stove and washed an dryer is a big plus. I feel very safe here

Nice complex. Good location, many buses nearby. Fair amenities, pool, gym and party room rental available. Shopping centers just five minutes away!
