I am so happy I found this complex! I am so impressed with Savannah and Patricia in the office, they are so pleasant to work with! The move in process was super stresses and they even got me approved asap! Moving into a new place there tends to be some maintenance issues and Ramon and Ezekiel were so helpful and quick to get me settled! We’ve lived at Broadstone Woodmill Creek for almost 3 years. Overall, it’s been a good experience. The community feels safe, especially with a security officer walking the property, and the area is quiet, we rarely hear neighbors. Amenities are a highlight: the pool is beautiful, the gym is clean and well-equipped, and the parking garage has been more convenient than expected. Our apartment has a great kitchen with a gas stove and good storage. Maintenance responds quickly, though water and roof issues have caused recurring mold. On the 4th floor, the AC runs constantly, but power is restored quickly after outages. Downsides include frequent changes to the rent-payment system, service fees, and contracted services like Fetch and Trash Butler, which can be inconsistent. The most frustrating issue is the smell of marijuana in hallways, which sometimes drifts into apartments. Staff are friendly and community events are enjoyable. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and safe place to live.

I officially been living here for a year and I love it! So many things to do in the area. And the staff is very nice! Food trucks come often and there is ample room to walk your pets. The pool area is nice and relaxing.

Love the area around us! I enjoy living here, going on about 3 years. The events hosted are cool. They bring out food trucks during the month too.

Maintenance staff is very responsive, and the units are in good shape overall. I can't rate a 5 because of two primary issues: the pool is never clean and nearly 50% of the cardio equipment in the exercise room is broken, and this equipment has been broken for over a year.

Beautiful property! Nice and quiet. They have areas for dogs to run and play. There is a nice area to walking. The leasing office always has something fun for the residents to do.

Maintenance always on time and friendly . Pool is always clean. Manager and staff are amazing. It has a parking structure I mean come on !!! Who doesn’t like a parking structure with an officer 24/7

From day one, the staff and maintenance team have gone above and beyond—super friendly, responsive, and always professional. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, which really makes a difference in day-to-day comfort. The layout of my apartment is another big highlight. It’s super functional, open, and feels spacious and bright—perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. I also love how conveniently located the community is. Everything I need is just minutes away—shopping, restaurants, parks, and easy access to major roads. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-managed, well-maintained, and in a great spot in The Woodlands, I highly recommend checking this place out!

Noise from neighboring units is frequent, and common areas are often unclean. Despite the potential, these persistent problems have significantly impacted my quality of life here.

great apartments, quiet communities, love the amenities. I don’t like how packed the parking garage gets, people that don’t live here park everywhere instead of using the visitor parking

I love living here! Staff is friendly, helpful, and communicative. Barely hear neighbors or any noise, residents are friendly, great Amentities including walking trails. Love the secluded location too. Beautiful community!

Broadstone is a great community with great staff. The units are clean and spacious. They have high ceilings and upgraded appliances. Their prices are very reasonable and the location is the best part. Absolutely love Broadstone

Overall my experience has been good. A few things though, I experience ants and roaches at this appartment and I have never experienced them before at any other appartment. The staff is nice though.
