Nothing is ever perfect but I very much enjoy living here. The staff is very friendly and is always willing to help! It is a very quiet and the amenities are well kept.
I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The building is well-maintained, and any minor issues I’ve had were handled quickly by the management team. The staff is friendly and professional, and the common areas are always clean. My unit is comfortable and gets plenty of natural light. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it’s been a very pleasant place to call home, and I would happily recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable apartment.
We enjoy living at Broadstone Trailside as the very modern apartments are well laid out and the maintenance is very good.
It was good I loved the apartment tour I didn’t know you guys had a gym or a pool so that’s a plus as well and the community is so diverse I love it here.

The employees work hard and do their best! It’s been hectic between the gym ceiling leaking and someone running into one of the buildings but they’ve been handling things well to my knowledge. The biggest issue is trash. People don’t know how to put it in the dumpster properly and just stack it outside on the sidewalk. And there’s only one for the entire complex so it fills up fast.

The building is quiet and secure, with friendly neighbors and a great community atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights is the management — they are incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the tenants. Recent parking lot repaving was completely unnecessary & a total fiasco. Funds would be better invested in an actual need such as improving drainage near the buildings. The frequent water incursions are ridiculous.

The amenities here are good and the neighborhood is really close to many things. It feels like living between the woods and nature. Environment is safe for families and very peaceful living here!

I was relocated from Canada for work in RTP, and staying at Broadstone Trailside has made the experience enjoyable, the amenities and positive environment is very welcoming and comfortable. Great amenities, location, & neighborhood. I love living here with my daughter. The floor plans are modern and spacious. Everything you would want in an apartment. I wish the smart home features were easier to navigate, especially since it’s a perk the community offers. Great staff and maintenance as well. Overall great community.

Quiet clean, could use a few more monthly events. Good location, would be nice how ever to have a more direct safer walking access to the cricket field.

So far, Inlove it here. I love the spacious apartment. I like the gym. Can’t wait to use the pool when it opens. I ah e only been hear a month but the maintenance is on point. I receive a lot of packages and I feel my packages are safe.

Very welcoming community! Excellent customer service. Always helpful when I needed assistance. We are loving the apartment along with watching the airplanes fly by. Very impressed with all the amenities and cleanliness of the community.

Things have improved. Been a good experience lately. No complaints. I don’t use the dog park anymore, as it is not cleaned like it should be. Love that it’s very walkable.

I only recently moved here, but the whole apartment search experience was excellent. The leasing staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and were (and still) extremely helpful. Maintenance was also great and very helpful

Broadstone Trailside has the best pet friendly community! Even though I do not have a pet, I love to see dogs play in the dog park. Neighbors are mostly quiet and active, enjoy outdoors.
